Complain Against Central Bank Of India, Park Street Branch (033 22291266)

Respected Sir,
This is hereby informed that I, Mrs. Sabita Kundu, residing at 29/B, Barowari Tala Road, P.S. Beleghata, Kolkata- 700010, have seen the news in the Times of India regarding Auction Sale of 2 properties A/C Dr. Soumen Saha on the 4th Floor of Jyoti Plaza, Premises No. 98B, Dr. S.C. Banerjee.
Road, Kolkata-10 for Rs. 30.81 lacs and A/C Sri Dilip Kr. Sinha on the 5th Floor of Jyoti Plaza, Premises No. 98B, Dr. S.C. Banerjee Road, Kolkata-10 for Rs. 23.98 lacs both of which belongs to Central Bank of India ARB Kolkata now under Park Street Branch.
By seeing this news, I have shown my interest to the concerned branch and participate in the Auction Sale on due time. After attending the bidding process, I have been declared as Successful Bidder and after that I have made the full payment within the due time limit as per the Bank’s instruction.
In this way, I have purchased two flats on 30.01.2015 from Central Bank of India, Asset Recovery Branch Kolkata now under Park Street Branch through Auction Sale under SARFAESI Act 2002 which was published in The Times of India.
i) A/C Dr. Soumen Saha on the 4th Floor of Jyoti Plaza, Premises No. 98B, Dr. S.C. Banerjee Road, Kolkata-10 for Rs. 30.81 lacs and
ii) A/C Sri Dilip Kr. Sinha on the 5th Floor of Jyoti Plaza, Premises No. 98B, Dr. S.C. Banerjee Road, Kolkata-10 for Rs. 23.98 lacs.
But till today I have received the Sale Certificate of the A/C Dr. Soumen Saha, Original Title Deed of Dr. Soumen Saha only from the concerned Bank. I have been informed that Original Title Deed of Sri Dilip Kumar Sinha is under the possession of DRT till now.
I have received only the Physical possession of the flat of Sri Dilip Kr Sinha on 02.08.2019 and physical possession of Dr. Soumen Saha has not yet been received. The concerned Bank also not ready to make the registration of any of the aforesaid properties.
I have already made several times request regarding this matter to all the concerned higher authority of the bank but nobody had yet responded. We have also made request to the Central Bank of India MD Office on 03.12.2018 but till now they are not showing any interest to resolve the issue.
In this way I have achieved very horrible experience from a Nationalized Bank and in this way I have been cheated by a Nationalized Bank. This is showing that there is no difference between a Nationalized Bank and a Private Sector Organization having cheating tendency.
In this regard, I, Mrs. Sabita Kundu, am requesting very humbly to your honorable office to resolve all our pending issues as earliest and save the public like us from the Nationalized Bank from this kind of cheating activities.
