I am channel partner in cars 24 my company name National automobile dealer I'd 68763 since 2019. Till now I bid on cars on cars 24 auction app by seeing car report on my mobile but 2nd Jan 2022 I bid on car maruti alto 2007.

And won auction at 37347INR +885gst and tax + 5000rc deposit I paid by UPI by me as per car report it has not mentioned any damage of car pillar apron running board and engine miss firing also on 6th Jan I was gone to parking area of cars 24 in Mumbai.

And I saw car psychically then at that time car was not condition as per report when i raised miss inspection and leave parking and hand over car key to parking incharge.

But after 2days I check miss inspection update on my mobile my inspection miss was rejected then I call customer care and escalate this issue but it was also rejected by cars 24 team

They refuse my complaint and force me to get your car from our parking we deduct money from your account and they sent my car to my address from till date they refused my claim please help me.
