NOT GIVING OWNERSHIP RIGHTS (DENYING TO TRANSFER REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE); Cars24.com

I Shine Panicker Had purchased a Bike (Bullet Standard Model – DL9SBJ4916) in Invoice No: DL/2022/000138 and paid a full amount of One Lakh Eight Thousand, On 25th November 2021 in which Company had Given the Benefit of RC Transfer & 12 Months Warranty.
But after Sixty Five days (Almost after 2 Months)On 28th January 2022 When I was Driving My Bike it Suddenly got fire in the middle of the road at Red Light in front of Fire Station Due to Technical Default which is not bearable because company is saying that they had Tested & Passed its quality Control.
But I know that how I saved my life with that sought of Huge fire. Soon after that I Dropped a mail to Company about their Technical Default and asked about any sought of Reimbursement.
But they Denied in mail and said we are only bounded for maintenance not this sought of accident so you won’t get any help from our side, after a month I dropped a mail about my Registration Certificate which the company had to transfer in 60 days.
But they said Seller had not given the NOC so we will Purchase back your Bike and give you full reimbursement which you had paid on the time of Purchase, but when I said that as I had Written earlier also my Bike is totally Damaged.
Because of Fire which I had told you in written earlier and submitted the FIR copy from Fire Department they actually Said we will discuss this thing from our higher authority and will get back to you.
Today after the Purchase of 167 days the Company is bluntly saying to me in written that It’s not our fault that your Vehicle is Damaged and we are not able to transfer the RC in your name because the seller had not able to present NOC and we are ready to provide a refund if you need to return the vehicle in a working condition.
Kindly help me in this matter due to Technical default everything happened and now the main thing is I want my Ownership Right which Bike24 had promised me to do within 60 days of purchase now they are not able to do so then why did they sold me such a vehicle. Kindly help me in this matter sir.
