I took second hand car Alto K10 Reg No. DL1CR4740 from cars 24 and took Rs. 1,00,000 loan from cars 24 financial services in jan 21. At time of handing over car to me cars24 official Mr. sandeep [Protected]kept second key and said after completing all your EMI second will be handed over to you.

My loan ID is [Protected]. I paid all my EMIs on time I sent mail for issuing NOC and second key and I paid Rs. 1184 for second Key and NOC and I received NOC through courier. But second key not issued.

After contacting cars24 office, they said seller did not provide second key. but seller handed over second key to cars24 officials before me. I was there during purchase of car.

I mailed to cars24 on dated 8.01.2022, 11.01.2022, 15.02.2022, 16.02.2022, 9.03.2022. I contacted to Gurpal [Protected], prem [Protected], aaditya [Protected](has blocked me) Heena [Protected], vaibhav amit [Protected]gurmeet but they are not picking up my phone and not giving me second key.

They are telling lie. Why cars24 hired so lazy fraud persons. If I purchase second key from maruti showroom it cost is 12000. so who will pay this amount. cars24 company not giving satisfactory services so it should be black listed
