Booked Car Not Available For Test Drive As Per Booked Appointment

Dear Sir/Madam, I have Booked car on dated 19.09.2021 at Cars24 and made the payment but as per booked Appointment. due to driver unavailability car will not reach for test drive on 21st Sep but definitely he will reach on 22nd sep at 10 AM but he has not visited for test drive when i called to him he has committed he will reach around 5-6 PM.
Yesterday but at 6:20 when i called him he told me that car CNG not working and will not reach, you can make complaint if you have issue. Your booking ID is#L8NG96, please resolve issue so that i can purchase this car and proceed further.
