Her unprofessional and rude behaviour is shocking and unacceptable. She lacks basic customer service skills and has offensive communication.
And then there's Vikas, who is the "King of Lies" in their customer care department. It's evident that Caribbean Holidays International has a culture of deceit and manipulation at its core.Their unethical practices, lack of transparency, and poorly customer service make them a disgrace to the travel industry. Stay far away from Caribbean Holidays International, and save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss.
