Hello,
We were invited in the Hotel Tip Top at Wakad Pune and were given great sales pitch for this company and gave a lot of commitments and got into the trap set by the entire team. We took a package for 10years where we just had to pay ÀMC of Rs. 10000 every year. While our first booking request we sent 3 months in advance, they asked us to send the request one month in advance.

When we reached out to them as requested, they mentioned they will provide the booking based on the hotel availability. They make us write emails and lots of calls too and fro. They give you details of the hotels with some or another charge and and ask you to pay for each hotel booking per night. They gave us the booking for one of the hotel which does not have an online presence and when we requested to give another hotel they mentioned there in no availability in any other hotel.

Also they asked us to pay Rs. 6500 per night for this hotel. We were promised complimentary breakfast inclusive but they are charging us and asking us to pay for it at all hotels. They write incorrect information and ask for confirmation. They are trying to loot money from their customers and give service which is not as per the commitment.

Please don't fall in the trap of this company. Alp good reviews are fake. I am going to claim for the refund with all necessary legal process which is again going to be stressful.

Caribbean is a fraud company as they say something and do something else. I am a 4 month old member having member ID- CHI2221614 with this company, bought package worth Rupees 150000 lacs for 10 years, but while making the booking they are asking for additional money in someway or the other apart from the AMC charges, which I shouldn't be paying at all. They don't try to understand our requirements instead just looking at options for how to get money from their customers like us. They don't have enough hotels in majority of the places that you ask for. There all departments are one and same.

They take long and long days to work on your request. They do not have clear intentions to support and provide the agreed services. I am going to fight case with them whatever it takes to get my money refunded, as we cannot have association with such fraud company. Please do not fall into the trap of this company. They give all false promises and they all false agreements they don't care about their customers neither they have any reputation in the industry they are like delhi ka thug which can never be trusted....

Caribbean Holidays International -Scamming people, Frauds , Cheaters deceiving and doing false commitment to the customers.I am Hitesh Khatri (Ph no – [Protected]) & (Email – [PROTECTED]@gmail.com), resident of Pune writing against these cheaters .

Caribbean Holidays International (CHI) with address - B 50B First floor, Kalkaji, New Delhi, Delhi 110019, Phone no - [Protected], Customer support : 0[Protected], Reservations support : 0[Protected]with website - https://www.caribbeanholidaysinternational.com/.

These cheaters called us in Hotel Sayaji, Pune on 16th July2023, they had setup their trap in a nice ambience. Their salesgirl called us several times to just come for 40 minutes and to offer free coupons for Movie, two night stay and salon vouchers. And this is a big trap they have setup. We are Marketing professionals and hardly get trapped in bad deals, but once we entered their conference room not sure what happened, Rishabh Raina-Sales Head (Ph no: [Protected]), Shahrukh Khan-Sales Manager (Ph no: [Protected]), Ali- Sales Manager (Ph No: 882155393). Firstly they started making eye contact and enquiring about our families & friends, then started to lure us with offers and once that is done they said we need 30 more minutes to let you know the details of the ownership plan, and then they brought us coffee and cookies.

I am sure they had mixed something in it and the last thing we know they swiped our credit card made heavy payment of Rs 295000/-(with 24 months EMI) from HDFC Credit Card on 16th July 2023 and sold us the Holiday ownership plan.When we came back home and realised what has been done, we called their customer care and told them to cancel the membership and refund our money Vikas Didwania ([Protected]) & Vaibhav ([Protected]) whose WhatsApp name shows Vishal Chauhan were the so-called relationship managers, but they denied it.

They did not give us any written agreement at the time of deducting money and took our signature deceivingly. We struggled for 3 months and decided to avail our first membership service since we had no option. We asked them to book a hotel on 14th October in our preferred Hotel as they committed, they can give any 4 stars & 5-star property except Taj & Oberoi but they gave us only 3 options that too Sub-standard and could have been booked by us from any travel site at a good reasonable rate. This started to aggravate our disappointment.

They committed to us that we can avail meals at a price of Rs 400/- per person on domestic stays and when we asked for it, they said it can’t be provided which was a further proof that they are cheating, doing fraud, and looting our hard-earned money. We now realised that these are scammers scamming people, deceiving, and doing false commitment to the customers.

We are extremely dissatisfied and are scammed by these people, they have clearly mentioned in the agreement that “If member are not happy with the services , they can cancel their agreement within 7 days of availing the second holiday by writing to us @ [PROTECTED]@caribbeanholiday.com. Refund will be processed accordingly ”and now they are denying the same.

I am going to file a consumer court case against them & lodge an FIR against these below scammers.

My experience with Caribbean Holidays International has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my grievances to save others from the ordeal I went through. First and foremost, they have no qualms about collecting Goods and Services Tax (GST) from customers but conveniently neglect to pass it on to the government. It's clear that they are exploiting their customers for financial gain without any regard for legal obligations. The fact that they issue incorrect invoices only adds to the shady nature of their operations.

The promises made by Caribbean Holidays International are nothing more than empty words. Once they have your money. It's done with a complete lack of ethics.It's almost as if they are actively avoiding customer inquiries and concerns.Jyoti in customer care, displayover that her primary skill seems to be making a fool out of customers. Her unprofessional and rude behaviour is shocking and unacceptable. She lacks basic customer service skills and has offensive communication.

And then there's Vikas, who is the "King of Lies" in their customer care department. It's evident that Caribbean Holidays International has a culture of deceit and manipulation at its core.Their unethical practices, lack of transparency, and poorly customer service make them a disgrace to the travel industry. Stay far away from Caribbean Holidays International, and save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss.
