I have placed order on cakesportal.in website on 17.05.2022 but after one hour of order confirmation they cancelled the order saying that cancellation due to shortage of services.
They said refund will be transferred within 7 working days but till today (01.06.2022) i didn't get any refund or mail regarding the issue. I have mailed them 3 times but no response from them. My Order no is 38918.

I ordered the cakesportal.in website on 31.07.2022 but after 4 hours of my order confirmation they cancelled the order saying that cancellation due to shortage of services. They said refund will be transferred within 10 to 15 working days but till today 24.08.2022 i Didn't get any refund or mail regarding the issue. I have mailed them many times but no response from them. My order number is 43698
