So fact of the matter is I ordered through cake portal.in yesterday evening using my G-pay wallet. I have all the payment confirmation with me also got a confirmation mail from that website about the delivery. There was no contact number given so I thought its already 7pm , employees may not be working. So I sent them a mail but as usual no response. Even when I am trying to fetch /track the order ,this website giving me an error. I made the payment worth rs. 1038 for 2 times.
First the the payment was debited but got cancelled from the company website saying that it will be refunded within 2 days,when I tried again with different payment app the amount was received and then & there I got the delivery confirmation mail. I really don't understand how these frauds can take the CX amount. I would like to bring your attention that in my opinion if they can take the amount using such high rating payment app like Paytm or G-pay.
Then they should be taken into considerations for these frauds. How can their processes be so insensitive that any fraud company use these apps for getting their things done. It's a request kindly help me to get my amount,I was just reading so many complaints about this company.I don't know whosoever from the authority seeing my complaint. If any company person seeing the complainant I would humbly request if you are not fraud,get this delivery done. Nothing much to say !
