Order canceled no refund

So I looked around a lot about this company after getting scammed and found some details. So, first of all, let me explain what happened to me and then I'll disclose some of their details.
I placed an order for a cake and flowers for my sister's anniversary and selected a fixed time delivery. The order was placed but a few hours after I got an email that my order has been cancelled and the refund will be credited to my account. No refund so far and I'm surprised to know that this company is now running under cakesportal.in their old domain cakesportal.com has been removed. I searched for them online and found following details:

I order cake in cakesportal website i paid money through phonepay 1100 rs from they not reply only showing status processing I want my refund back please support me [Protected]
Reply This website is such a scam. Don’t ever order from this website. Its been more than 2 weeks and i am still yet to receive my refund. They don’t even reply to your emails. Don’t ever order from this site. I have not been scammed from any site or app. This is my first time and I have never been so disappointed. This site is bad.
