I had placed and order on cakes portal website in 10th May for an Anniversary occasion. The order was placed at morning and was supposed to be delivered by evening 8pm. But the cake was undelivered and not even informed.

Also the is no customer care number through which we can talk to any of their executive and address the issue. The order was placed for a family function and and they failed to deliver and the worst is not even informed.

It was harassment and also embarrassing as it was a surprise order. I don't understand how they hold a 4 star rating. Online fraudsters has become very common now but viewers can't even trust Google rating nowadays, that is hell.

It's a common human nature that is we are ordering from some new website or app, we'll go through the reviews and then make an order, but nowadays even that's not trustworthy it seems.
