Delivery agent delivered me a parcel on a registered address but the parcel I received I haven’t order . I have received wrong product I have raised a complaint to Xpressbees within seconds but the delivery agent said contact main office for any queries.

I gone to office to return that product and refund my money 3500/- which is not my parcel but they refused me and they don’t have any information where the parcel is from or any useful information. They are delivery fraud products and wrong products to customers Xpressbees....

Got a fake parcel with my parcel which I ordered from meesho ,i thought the same product which I ordered from Flipkart came along with meesho and I was not available I paid and my mother collected two parcels too and I got a waste cloth piece instead my original product....

He called me asked whether i would cancel the product either i would received the product. I said him to cancel and then he asked me for cancellation number but after the moment he said why you have order the product if you are not going to receive I said him i have some issues so i am will not going to receive and he started misbehaving with me and said that he had to carry all the product himself after that i told him its my choice whether i would receive or cancel.

I know their jobs they are doing is difficult and also the company will provide the vehicle for to carry their products and they have just go to location and wait for the vehicle .This was my literally the worst experience. Why should we suffer! I am really dissatisfied with this person. I really wanted to take a action....

I order a shrug type lehenga but they provide me totally different kind of product ,the product is not only different but it small smelled. And they don't allow product to return please help me and also other people like me who are cheated by this company....

I paid 1450/- cash on delivery. I want my refund....
