Dear Sir,
I ordered one office chair online from Xivesale.com on 26 Jan 2022 and they cheat me and not reply to me. The cost of the chair is 999 Rsl- They given me the order no. 98033 After that I tried to contact them on there mobile no. +[Protected].
But they are not reply to any call and email. The address of the company is Office Address: xivesale, No. 9, Nahar & Seth Indl. Estate, Pipodra-Surat – 394110
Kindly help me.

I Shaik Taj Mohiaddin on date:26-Jan-2022 booked for BoAt Airdopes 201 bluetooth truely wireless earbuds with Mic-Black x1 in XIVESALE.COM website. On booking it gave time period within 7 days delivery.
But later on tracking the status to my astonishment the website showing Sorry, the order could not be found. Trying to contact at the given mobile number but unable to connect and given email also non response.
Request by brothers and sisters not to get attracted to such illicit fraud sites attracting to offer at low prices. I urge the crime department to catch these fraudsters and be a lesson for these type fraudsters....

I Mohinder Singh has also made an order to XIVESALES.COM Order No. is 117797 Dated 22/01/22, i am not able to track my order as the payment has already been made of Rs. 999/= for Philips Speaker System, given phone no and email ID is not working.
Its a Fraud website, i don't know what the cyber crime teams are doing now as the website is still making money, no body is catching the operator of the website who is continually doing fraud....

Online payment of Rs. 999.00 done on Jan 23, 2022 for an office chair. But the company didn’t respond for acknowledgment nor any message received. Site doesn’t open now appears to be nonexistent....

I have ordered a product worth rs.1200 inr in xivesale.com. I came to know this website from social networking platform thru Ads. I tried reaching the number +[Protected]mentioned in thier website, but the mobile number not in use.
So i want everyone to aware about this trap. To prevent further transaction with this fraud seller....

I ordered 2 office chairs and also i paid Rs 5998 through online Payment. My order ID is 108413. But i did not receive any confirmation from them to my email ID. After that i realized that it is fake website.
Then i canceled the order but till now there is no any response and no refund to me. I do not want this items, i want my money back. So please help me to get refund from them . Please do not order anything from this XIVESALE .COM website....

I had ordered a chair and was given an order number. There is no correspondence from them after that. The website appears to be real and the order was also done smoothly.
The chair cost INR 1099 and I paid them online....
