I ordered kurta from vastramay (Address: 59A, Matheswartala road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700046) on 2nd of April, order no- Order no- VAS/SH/2021/45347. I paid online in advance.
But until now they could not deliver the product and they are not replying my messages or calls. I think they are doing online fraud. Don't trust vastramay. Dont purchase any product in vastramay. Please take appropriate action against them....

Not even a single text back or sms from them, can't even track my order after ordering the product i took a screenshot and have details of payment in my phonepay history too but they are not replying, idk they are trying to online Fraud , i am very disappointed and i want my money back if not my kurta pajama set, please help....

I ordered kurta pajama set of baap beta collection worth rs 2199. Its quality was very bad and also seems like used. co. told me that i myself return the parcel through courier which cost rs 300is also bear by customer.
I couriered it within 3 days and co. received the parcel on 30 the October but after that they are not replying my chat on whatsapp no. +[Protected]which is provided by co. on their site....
