It was stated in the companies policies that it had a free return and free shipping for prepaid but it charged a sum of ₹149 for returning the prepaid product. While placing return it was asked to provide the image of the product which was given by me at that time.
After all this there was no return or refund for a couple of days then after contacting with the customer care service they said to send a video of the product being received.
It was not possible to provide them the video as the product was already received. They also stated that the product came infact but it was sent to them defective but this statement is completely wrong.
Now, no response is given from their side and they are just sending the same message i. e. to send the video.
Product Ordered on 1st may 2022 (prepaid){₹2099}, Received on 4th may 2022, Return request 4th may 2022, Paid for return charge 5th may 2022 (₹149), Received by courier partner on 8th may 2022.
After this the company didn't provide a replacement or return for the product. It was not said by the company to make a video while receiving the product as they are telling now.
Already ₹2099 for the product and ₹149 for the return charge was paid to the company but still there is no replacement or refund the sum....
