There is a shopping app on your Instagram named as "the_fashion_makeover". I ordered a dress from this site on 18th august, and the dress i have received is not the same. Colour I ordered and the one i have received is completely different. I immediately informed about this and they were convinced because they asked me to forward a picture of delivered item, which i immediately forwarded. I requested for the return of same and asked them to refund my money.

Even i was comfortable with the exchange of the item. But they asked me to wait. It's been more than ten days and they are not replying for my messages even after seeing them. I needed this dress for an important upcoming event and due to delay in return nd refund process, i am unable to purchase a new dress for me because i was left with that money only. Avoiding the customer's messages is really not the way to deal with a customers. Initially before placing the order they use to reply immediately and now after this mistake from their end they dont have a curtoisy to even reply. Therefore, i request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue. I can submit the screenshots of the conversation as a proof....

I had order a lengha from the Fashion makeover and I received it after 10days and the product i had order was a different one and I received the product was a worst quality product i have messaged them on Instagram but there is no reply please return my money and take your product back....

So I said that I showed you in the screenshot and said that you have this dress. He immediately said, yes yes, it is, then I said that you show me on video calling, then he said,I am now sitting in the office and this product is somewhere else.so we will call you guys on video calling Can’t show Then I said that what will I play without seeing,If you don’t like then within 15 days we will return the product and there will be no problem and you will get your money too so I think this guy must be very right. I immediately believed on him.

Then I said ok, if you are saying like this, then it is okay then I work.When the courier boy will bring you the product first I will open it and then I will give him the money.She said, okay, agree, she is saying this, it will happen the same way,then I said that you tell me the price etc. That guy told me the whole size.Everything that is the information of the product, everything has been givenThen it said that I am you confirm, neither I said yes, I absolutely do. If you give me love product only then he said ok,I am absolutely sure about this. You will get the same product only.That crook lied so much, I will give you full proof of this from me.

I was order 2 products from this site But only saree i have received and saree also is not good very bad product, Now I want to return this Saree and refund my amount ASAP....

I have ordered a saree from the fashion makeover page..I got the worst quality cloth and the blouse piece was not same. I requested for the return of the saree..they have messaged that ...the problem will be resolved in 15 days..but till now I didn't got resolved my problem..they were seeing the messages of mine..but not replying me....
