I registered on quickr and got a msg from this company regarding typing jobs and i accepted when i finished the work they said 90% accuracy is not there is only 83% i don't believe it firstly they are the ones determining data progress so how do i know that they are not lying then an advocate contacted me to pay 10000 rupees or he will file a FIR against me i did not agree and they said they will send me a legal notice. This company is not even registered....

I was looking for the data entry job from work from home. I got a call from a lady and she explained me everything about the company and procedure. Then i got a call from their marketing department from a guy named Sahil....


He said that if u dont follow the company rules u have to pay 6400 penalty. The rule was 1. Not to change the network 2. Should not log into multiple system 3. Even if we go to toilet, we need to log out from the work. I have followed and adhere each and every step.

I was supposed to fill up 700 forms in 7 days. I have completed almost 500 files and now on the 6th day i got a call from their technical department saying that i did not follow their procedure.

Whereas, i have followed all the procedure like a Bible..they have sent me the data where it is showing that i have changed my network.. i told him that i have never changed my network and i am always connected to my wi- fi when working but they are not ready to accept it.

Now, they are saying that if i want to continue the work, i have to unlock my account and for that i have to pay 6400..which is a fraud...now they are threatening me that they will go legal against me....Pls help me....i am not able to pay this amount...pls someone help me.....

There are lots of complaint already against this company.. suntechservicesusa.com. The company is in Gujrat .

Pls requesting to help me to get rid of this fraud company.......

मुझे quiker app से suntech service का मेसेज आया 18 जून 2021 को मैने 19 जून 2021 को सब कुछ जाणकारी ली. उसके बाद उसने मुझे id proof मांगा मैने id proof दिया. फिर उसने मेरा राजिस्ट्रेशन उसके site पर कर के दिया बाद मे मुझे mail भी आया मैने अग्रेमेंट पुरा read किया बाद मे मैने sign किया. मैने 20 जुन 2021 को पुरे एक दिन काम किया next day 21 जून 2021 को मेरी id बंद करा दि. मैने उनके सपोर्ट के mail पर mail भी किया.

उनसे रिप्लाय आया की भारी बारिश के वजह से site बंद उसके बाद मैने बहुत दिन तक login करणे की कोशीष की पर मै login नाही कर पाया मैने उनके सपोर्ट mail पर mail भी किये कूच रिप्लाय नही आया. उसके बाद मे मुझे समज आया की fraud कंपनी है ये. मैने google पर जाके चेक किया तो समज में आया की ये कंपनी लोगो को लूट रही है, तो मुझे समज आया मेरे साथ ऐसा नो हो , मेरी मदत करणं दोस्तहो।

I SOMASHREE MONDAL, GET A CALL FROM SUNTECH SERVICE, FOR DATA ENTRY WORK FROM HOME, SO I GET READY FOR IT, SO THEY PROVIDE ME ALL LINK ID AND ALL WANT A ID PROOF SO I GIVE IT TO THEM AND SIGN AGREEMENT, BUT THE DAY WHEN I STARTED THE WORK THEIR SITE IS NOT OPEN, I HAVE SOME PROOF TOO....

i was cheated very badly, It was 12june i got a call form from suntech company next person talking was a lady . she told me that i will be given a work of data entry and will be paid 24000 for per week and then she try gained mt trust by sending all the documents details and a fraud certificate of registration of the company by government.

Then I have been working on since two and half days then suddenly my wifi connections got blocked i tried so hard to resolve it but i did'nt work then i took help of my negihbour uncle and issues was resolved then I again open my id and password given by suntech company. Then in the morning my id was banned I called customer care and he told me that i will got a call from company.

Then after 2 days i got a call from a legal advocate assistance she told me that i have pay penalty of 20000 or either a case will filed against me and a summon will be send against and i have to go to the court to resolve this issue. Now i i m very much worried that what should i do should, should i pay or not, she is threatening me continuously that a case will be filed against me . plz help me . i m very worried ....

All process done & i started my work from (12th june 2021).on 15th june i tried to login directly pop up your i'd has banned. So i called hr she said call to customer care & file your issue on company e-mail address also. As soon as i did all formalities.

I got call from there legal department some advocate he said i am calling from legal department of suntech services & said as per company agreement you misuse the law.He said i have forwaded you mail where you check mistakes & even on that data.

I was scared and paid amount of rs 6500.

Please help me about this what can I do please

Maine suntech services company ko join Kiya unhone Kaha ki aapko 6 din Mai 600 form fill-up Karne honge yadi aap Nahi Kar paaye to aapko penalty lagegi 6000 ki aur yehi same cheez contract Mai Likhi thi to Maine agreement sign Kar diya.

Uske baad Maine kaam shuru Kiya 130 forms fill-up Kar diye Uske baad achanak se system bann ho Gaya fir agle din waha se email Aaya aur phone Karke Kaha mujhse 19700 pay Karne honge Nahi ho hum case Kar denge aur aapko court aana padega.and by mistake Maine ye 19700 ki payment Kar di.

Please MERI help kijiye. Ye sabhi payments unhone different accounts Mai karayi plus ye payments 10,500+7200+2000 ke form Mai karayi. Yeha tak ki mujhe dhamki Di gayi ki court case hoga Aapke uppar police complaint hogi Aapke uppar ye sab Kuch ek fraud hai ye company baad Mai mujhe jawab Nahi de rahi thi they ye amount pay Karke hamare uppar Ahsan Kiya hai kya.

I was install quikr app next day i got call from suntech services the work is form filling total 600 forms and the salary was 2400 then i was say okay i wanted to do work with u they signed a contract with me and also demanding for id proof and sign i was given them.

After starting work i realized that the forms were not real thats why i leave the work on the 6th day the lawyer from company call me and say for penalty i was said no then she told me we will meet in gujrat court soon plz reply get out of this all plz my kindly request plz resolve my complain they force me to pay money.

I don't have a lot of money i m belongs to poor family the lawyer demanding for 8000 rs and said that i give u the NOC and is u do not pay then the legal actions is taken company is company will prove innocent in court then i will have to pay 75000 to the company.

Please help me to get rid of all of this i don't no what should i have to do plz reply....

On 10th july i got a message on whatsapp about online form filling job that in have to fill 600 out of which if 546 will be correct i will be given 24000 but i have to complete it in 6 days . I have been working on it since 4 days and on fifth day my wifi got off suddenly then i try to fix and it was alright almost after a day. And in the morning when i tried to open my id given by the company it was showing my account was banned.

After i searched on the internet about the issue then i saw a lot of complaints about this company and many more other companies doing the fraud like same . I read that most of the people face that they got threatening calls and fraud legal email about filling the case . And even i was very much frightened that what should i do if i received such calls or emails. should i respond to them or not. Please help me....

I said him clearly whats was the fault & i apologize him that i accepting my mistake. If you want start your work you have pay penalty + stamp paper amount + gst& cgst amount also & he threaten me if you didnt pay penalty i will logged fir & case on me in which i have to visit wankaner court, gujarat. advocate is like if i didnt pay him money he will logged case in court & fir against me

Main thing i didn't paid any single penny to them. I belong to poor family & i dont want to put my family in any problem.

I think hathway data service & suntech services server are same & fraud. I have also done little R&D same issue are facing problem.
