From past one and half year they have not refunded my amount if i visit they will make us to sit in a cable for more 3 hrs then the receptionist will come and say has all managers gone for site visit.

They gave 2 cheque but both the cheque got bounced. If i call MD Manjunath he will switch of his mobile. If i call GM she will not at all pick the call and block my number. In board number also they blocked my number

Paid amount:- 2,40,000
Cancellation charges:- 24,000
Received amount:- 1,26,000 (paid 10,000-10,000 that to not regularly)
Balance:- 90,000(except cancellation charges)...

I have cancelled my site registration, in august 2020 and company suppose to refund me by December 2020. Till date they are avoiding with one or the other reasons.

Last month after all struggle they sent three cheques and first cheque is also returned without any balance in account. Again no response and i am fed up with such behaviour. No one bother to respond properly.

I have owners number but they use multiple numbers and most of the time they don't respond. Its almost 16months i am chasing them. Even they have deducted cancellation fee of 30000 and suppose pay 270000/.

They given 3 cheques now with value of 50000 (dated march 15th) 1lkh (April 5th) and final with 120000 (dated with may). First cheque have submitted and its returned without sufficient fund in company account.

Please look in to this matter and help me with refund amount at the earliest. It will be very helpful. Or let me know if i have any other actions to be taken like cheating case, lawyer notice.

As i m fed with the response and behaviour company is diving. Totally unprofessional and horrible experience. Looking for support at the earliest. Please help....

I have booked a site in datri developers (Hessargatta project) i have paid 240000 rs i have cancelled on March 2021 they assured me they will settle amount in one month but till now they have given 90000(25000×3+15000) that too when they have interested.

They are not responding and not picking any calls if we call them they are speaking rudly if we go to there office they will make us to sit in one cabin for more than 3hours then the executive will come and say like managers gone out they are not making refund.

Previous many after writing a review they gave a cheque but cheque got bounced then there all executive called and they said they will release the payment but now no one is responding. Kindly help us get my money.

I have purchased a site with Datri developer in Hesaraghatta after some time I have cancelled and In Datri developer manager vasu assured as he will refund amount in 1month ,till not they have not refunded almost 3months over if we call also not answering the and not responding

Plz do the needful....
