मैं snapmint app से एक मोबाइल परचेस किया था जिसका लोन एप्लीकेशन नंबर 270CD01709541APP था जिसकी मैंने सारी EMI जमा कर दी थी मगर फिर भी कंपनी ने सिविल में एक EMI नहीं दिखाई SNAPMINT वाले मेरी NOC भी अपलोड नहीं कर रहे हैं...

I have ordered a product through snapmint the order id is 3635806 , (from flipkart ) the item not delivered yet but in my orders section its displaying as the item delivered.

I was very surprised , I didn't get my product yet , it has been delivered ... I want to know who has received my order , I haven't received any phone call from delivery boy , which courier company did you send by ? I need that courier company name and phone number .

Your customer care number is total fraud , i call customer care number for 10-20 times but no one responds.

I want to know who has received my order , if I don't get my product then i'll not pay any EMI . I want my payment back too ... I was already make down payment ... And why i pay that EMI which i was not get that otder ..... Very disappointed and the experience is wrost ever with the snapmint that services ....

Even via call or mail wasn't responds such a fraud apps ever ..... Even they can send massage shout EMI last date so for remind me then after 1 minutes they haven't received my call , if they can't talk with customers then why give phone numbers for queries such a foolishness... ...

I ordered watch worth rupees 2800. it asked me to pay 420 as down payment rest of all the money will be converted into EMI as app said so I did a UPI payment to this app.

So i saw reviews on the play Store app that people are saying it is fake and. App is promising that order will be delivered within 9 days but their is no response from 1 month or 2 months this app is totally fraud.

Please verify the things whichever i mentioned up so 420 is not a big deal but the thing is 30000+ people has been done the app and they were coming into this trap so verify and justify the things.

Whatever however if it possible this is my humble request to cyber crime headquarters to look after this stupid whoever is working on this trap network so just need to know and these types of apps should be get banned if this will increase day by day the more frauds will happen.

And people will get frustrated and this may leads to suicide or some other self injuries so do it as soon as possible please look after this situation thanku you very much yours truly Ali Abubaker bahamed....

I have order mobile from snapmint application on 04-03-2022. Deposit down payment of 2811 but company reject and say refund initiate within 7 days but still did not receive my refund and no response from snapmint side....

I have purchased a gift voucher from snapmint amounting 16900/ but they provided my so many vouchers amounting 10000, 5000, 1000 etc. These vouchers are not usable to purchase a single product, when i called to there customer contact no any solution is derived.

They menuplate me me and not providing any solution....

I have Ordered A Crompton Air cooler From Snapmint But my order is not placed and my Account Has Been Debited Rupees 800 For this purchase..I cancelled This Order 12.07.2021 But My Refund Has not Initiated to my Account..I have call the customer care of Snapmint But The phone not Connected..I Also Message The Snapmint Contact Us Section But No Reply. Plz Refund My Money As soon as possible....

I bought a phone of 15000/- on EMI of 2761/- to be auto cut from bank account on 3rd of every month. On 3rd of Feb 2021, i was having a amount of approx 3000 in my bank account, still they cut 295/- as bounce charges at 15:43. When i complained, they told me that they are not afraid. They also said that the bank message that i send to them is fake and handmade. They openly warned me to go to media, as they are not afraid. If i was to pay 2761/- on 3rd of every month than why amount was deducted at 15:43. If the amount is not sufficient, then they should wait till 3rd of feb 23:59, and cut the bounce charges when the day is over. But they cut on ongoing day even i was having balance in my account. They are also not counting my Bank Message as a valid proof. They have cheated and also wasting my time since 3rd February. They are calling me from different numbers and annoying me through out this 14 days. They are fake and openly cheating and also warning that they are not afraid of any action against them....
