I placed an order for supplements since it was out of stock, I have been asked to cancel the order and was assured refund in 10 days, it's been two months they are not refunding the money. They have to refund 12000 rs....

I had order supplement from their online store worth of Rs 8147.00 on 29th December 2022 But have not received it yet. I have been constantly chasing them on calls and messages to which they will never respond. They are keeping their customers in dark and playing with their emotions time and money.

Many of them are complaining about them but unfortunately no action is taken against them, which ultimately gives them more freedom and power to fool people. Strict action should be taken against this fraudsters. Dont order from their site. They are thief in disguise....

Post that no response from them, no reply to my queries, not even answering my calls. They haven't even shipped the order yet and my guess Is they don't intend to. Beware, save your hard earned money. Avoid them at all costs....

Placed my order on 11th of Oct 2022 and I haven’t received my order yet and there’s no response from your support team on email as well on the whats app number, I received an email from them saying that the the order has been shipped but the tracking number provided was fake and invalid, this is one of the biggest fraud and scam supplement company, legal action to be taken and the company should be shut down forever....

first they have taken a month to deliver and once i complaint for fake product they ask me to send it back by courier on my own expanse and after receiving the product they hadn't given replenishment and keep delaying from last 1 month .so please refrain to purchase any thing from sixteen....

I ordered 3 products from Sixteeninches but only one of them got delivered. When asked they said that the products are being shipped from US hence, it takes time. I waited for them to deliver but the order never arrived. Then I posted a review online and then they messaged me asking to take down the review.

I said I’ll happily take it down once the order is delivered. After that they stopped responding altogether. I have never seen such an unprofessional company. I have sent them screenshots of my order but still no response. I would urge everyone not to buy any products from Sixteeninches.com. They are fraud company who doesn’t delivers if you order items of large amount.

I read the reviews before ordering from them but I didn’t believe, now having the first hand experience of being duped....

I lost Rs 4400 as I ordered a product from this company on 20th July 2022, its 24th Aug today and I haven't received the product yet. All the numbers mentioned on the website are useless as no body takes the call and for Whatsapp query only reply I receive is "I will call you later".

Which company responds this way !! Seems that it doesn't exist, their is a fraudster behind the scene whose idea was to just have the well organized website and loot money. Anyway, I am going to teach him a lesson real soon by logging a complaint in consumer court....

I ordered whey protein from sixteen inches on 9th june 2022 but my order never reached my till 29 june so I cancelled my order from them and on whatsapp they said i will get refund with in 7 days but now on 8th july its been more than 10 days and i haven’t received my refund. They are not picking up any call or replying to my msgs . Have already seen too many fraud complaints on them . They gave me a whatsapp no and not replying now....

I have ordered a Protien (Insane Labz, Insane Whey 5lbs) from sixteeninches.com on 10th march 2022. Payment has been done online, there is no cash on delivery option available on this website.

My order number is 20486. They aren’t delivering the product neither they are refunding my money back, and every time I text them they just reply your product will be delivered in next 3-4 days.

First time they said, “Sir i can understand that there has been a delay in your order and it is super late. Normally our parcels reach in just 6-7 days. There was some issue that happened with the warehouse.

One of the warehouses caught fire, and all the stock got damaged. One person even got hurt. Which led to stocking again and huge loss. All the delayed parcels are getting shipped again.

I request you to have some empathy. And I request you to please wait till this week. We are getting back on track, all we need is a little understanding.” Second time (10-15 days later from 1st complaint) they said, - “Sir sorry for the delay.

We were waiting for fresh stock and did not want to send you short expiry which took a little extra time. Within this week order will be with you.” And after 1 month I asked for the refund and after arguing they said okay for the refund.

And said we have processed your refund and it will transit in your source account within 5-7 days. After a week the amount wasn’t reflected in my account. Then they again said your product will get delivered in a week.

Even after I said I don’t want your product they just reply with this same sentence again and again. And since last 8 days they aren’t even replying. Please look in to the matter, thank you for your service....

Order was confirmed and money was deducted. From 15th of April i have ordered protein worth more then five thousand. But when i chat with sixteen inches on website it just say next week next week order did not dispatched till now.

After then i read its review it seemed a fake website....
