Due to payment process is not getting on time. I am totally disappointed with rummy circle service. When we are giving playing in our valuable time and playing on your app. It is totally unacceptable. Instant payment is there as per you advertisement. Then also you are taking 24-48 hr. And also after 24 hr , your site is giving message " your bank has rejected money". Bank is not rejecting money that I know very well. Better option is jungly rummy, within 2 min money is credited to your account. Kindly do the needful. And resolve your issue....

Sir i have played this game. Suddenly my account got blocked. I did not understand why. I contacted customer care many times. No reply. Either change the account block. Or give me my money back....

some on is misuse my account and played some unfair games.
it was not my fault, in my account 48000 rs is there ,id was blocked and amount freezed.so kindly close or reactivate my account.

In Rummycircle me lost Lots of money, on d time add money they add within One minute but on the time we won they creating Manual Review Issue from Last 10 days, Fake actor Hrithik Roshan is Brand Ambassador of that App.

And they Trying to cheat me from Last Some days. Even me not Won A Single Tournament from Last 10 years due to they Cheat with Us....

I have opened account on rummy circle and added money of rs 10000. but they blocked my account and not refunded me my 10000 rs. i write so many mails but not getting any response from rummy circle support team.

They told me that refund initiated on 16th march but till not received any refund. also they not initiated any refund. They just cheated. I want my money refund. I attach the mails screenshot from rummy circle support team.

Also I write so many mails to support team but they only reply u r query is respond. But my issue is not resolved and not getting any refund from them. They not replying to my mail.

I write atleast 70-80 mails to them but not getting any response from them. Please find attached screenshot and help me regarding same issue.

I have added 250 rs in rummy circle and it deducted from my phone pay but not credited to rummy wallet and then when i request them to pay 250 rs then they says me it will credited on 5-7 working day.

After 7 days i asked him to pay me 250 they says that your account has been ban the ban my previous account and i open it with new account but they are not paying me 250 rs it happen 2-3 more earlier

But left them but now they guys r doing over so i have decided to launch an complaint against them....
