When i ordered the product, they told to deliver in 1 week, but i received after 2 weeks, While I understand that delays can happen, the communication and assistance provided by the support team were outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the process and addressed my concerns promptly and courteously.

I am using Roopayur since 3 month my skin getting better now , sorry Roopayur it was my mistake that I was using with retinol that's why I got some acne , but after stopping my skin start Healing , i didn't know about this that we can't use chemical products with ayurvedic .. it's completely genuine and effective . I am using Roopaur products since more than 6 months and i was promised by the agents that my skin will heal in 3 months. There is no change in my skin nor any effective results. They are not even responding to the complain nor accepting their mistakes. Still they are charging for their products which are ineffective. I placed an order and paid, I got the tracking number the same day after 2 days I got a call from the courier company to make the delivery but I was unavailable. I asked Roopayur to make the delivery at different date and they responded promptly first the courier guy denied the delivery on a given date but due to interference from company I got my delivery on time thanks for that but my personal suggestion please change the courier company to make delivery faster, I asked their team as well to provide me quicker delivery services....

I have acne prone skin and acne scars on my face. I saw roopayur reviews page on Instagram and was attracted to the reviews. I contacted them on Instagram and then we talked on whatsapp regarding the products.

She lady told me about 30 days money back guarantee and made me order the products. I ordered the products and paid rs. 2398 for the same. I'm using it since the last month but my skin condition got worse.
