My realme narzo 20a mobile has received new software update realmeui 2.0&android 11. I download it and install it but mobile display stuck on blackscreen. Why this company send this update and spoil my mobile. Now im goto repair shop the shopkeeper asking me around 2000 rupees. How can i pay that money for this company useless update. And onemore thing some of the people also same problem from realme updates....

I was order realme 8 phone from realme store on 6 may and cancel on 8 may but realme customer say only wait and only wait refund not added in my account until 25 may I pay the money by net banking and they say you pay from Paytm....

Ads are opening without touching any thing. It's opening unwantedly. It is opening in between the running apps. If it continues it may become huge problem to me...

My realme ear buds 2 left side not working properly when I go to service centre for replacement they told me that buds will shortly come in 3 to 5 day but today after 15 day i called the service center they are ignoring me and delaying please help....

Company is not responding at all. Every time they send me to service center. upgrades the phone and send back to home. No resolution of my issue. Realme launched Realme X3, Specially for Gaming purpose.

But since android 11 Update arrived. Only Lag is there in gaming like BGMI and call of Duty. They introduced very powerful snapdragon 855+ processor but their software is like hell(shitty). only Lag is there. too much frame drop and all..

I have been calling in customer care from last 1 and half year but no solution is there. There is no problem in my mobile because everyone on YouTube also feeling same for realme X3. See video.

I HAD PURCHASED ONE REAL ME WATCH ON DECEMBER 2021 BUT NOW MY WATCH IS NOT WORKING FOR THAT I HAD VISITED YOUR SERVICE STORE AT TARATALA BRANCH FOR RECTIFICATION.

BUT YOUR EMPLOYEE TOLD THAT IT CANT BE RECTIFY RS. 4000 I PAID FOR THIS WATCH NOT EVEN FOR ONE YEAR PLEASE HELP ME....

I filed a complaint regarding my Realme 43 inch 4K smart TV on 15/12/2021 and since then its been two months and service is not provided for the same. The technician from realme has visited 3-4 times and he could not repair it and asked me to call realme and ask for replacement.

My TV is in WARRANTY so I've asked for REPLACEMENT but the service team is not contacting me since then. Whenever I try to call the Realme Support team they would give the same answer as "Sir our seniors are busy now so we have arranged a callback for you and you'd receive it in the next 48 hours."

But no one has ever contacted me from their side. It has been pretty much harassing for the as I have been calling them every now and then for the past month and still no response is made from their side.

I have been suffering since two months and no service is being provided from realme side. Please take action ASAP....

I have purchased a relame Neo 32" TV online on 11 Dec 2021. On 30th Dec 2021, the screen of the TV started showing lines. I requested the service for the TV by calling customer care.

After some days i received the message saying service request is cancelled. I called customer care. Again requested for service. Again they cancelled it without providing the service.

This happened 5 times. No service is done so far. TV is being unusable for last one month. I pressurise you to provide the service immediately....

I have purchased a 43 inch TV from realme in Jan 2020, problem starts from first week when I purchase the TV. They change the remote then software update then three time motherboard and now the TV has screen issue.

After raising four complaint no body visited from service center they just ask for video and pics fr me which I provided but they replied that it is a dust on your screen please clean it i ask them it is a patch not dust please visit and see from your eyes.

But they didn't turn up and they closed my complaint one by one. TV screen has patch and no resolution has been provided after many follow-up. My TV warranty will over in 15 days.

I urge to please provide justice as a customer it is very frustrating and time taking process because when they closed the complaint then again I need to raise new complaint and wait for 72 hrs to respond from their side.

But till now they are closing every complaint....

When I check my order delivery date it's one day ahead in the next morning . When I ordered on 27th December , the delivery date was 31st December , On the next day when I checked It was 1st Jan , then the next day it showed 2nd Jan , day by day it's the same thing repeated again and again. Neither I can cancel the order nor there is any update about the product . There is not help center and anything like that....
