RealMe India: Not Replacing My Ear Buds Under Warranty Period

My realme ear buds 2 left side not working properly when I go to service centre for replacement they told me that buds will shortly come in 3 to 5 day but today after 15 day i called the service center they are ignoring me and delaying please help.
