I had ordered dry fruits (cashew ) after seen a advirtisement , and I had paid 289 INR, to radhe enterprise, the account linked with foodilo ON MARCH 1st, 2024, Friday, and i am wait for so long, i dint get any message of confirmation of my order , even i don't get any contact detail of foodilo, still i dnt get any reply even no delivery yet, help me please to resolve this issue , as i am student and 289 inr is important for me and matters alot for me....

I ordered dry fruits online but there is no update on same and request you all to support to make the complaint against this kind of website and police should take action to prevent to stop fraud that they are doing online and stop everyone to order from this company.Also share complaint number against this company....

There is no conformation of the order placed through FOODILO. I AM AFRAIND WHEHTER THIS IS Fake advertisement and collecting money and i am doubtful whether delivery will be made for my order.. i request your goodself to initiate action and arrange for refund if delivery is not made....

I had ordered dry fruits online on jan 8th 2024 but did jot receive the dry fruits and my money of rupees 1007 got deducted .when i called the customer service number [Protected]the person who answered the call asked me to download Avvaldelk App he asked me not to disconnect the call but download while he is online.i disconnected the call as it might be fraud or scam.please help me get the money back.

I had ordered y'day for dry fruits puchase from Radhe enterprise, after seeing their ad on Google news. But their was no confirmation about the same from them so far. On checking online, found out another person had complained about being defrauded by them in early November '23. I have paid ₹ 938 by Phone pe(payment protected), with transaction id T[Protected]and UTR no. [Protected]. Kindly do the needful towards refund of the said amount from the fraudulent recipient and oblige. Thanking you Dr. Prasad....

My order no. Is 19516 of amount 867 rs. Paid by me online and i ordered foodilo dry fruits on 2nd january 2024 till date i did not get it and while replying through email sent by radhe enterprises for support address could not find ,please return my money back otherwise i will reach to put complaint to cyber crime department against this company....

On the 3rd of January, 2024 Online payment was completed for Rs 2014/- for ten packets of 4 Macadamia Nuts, 2 Premium whole cashew nuts, 2 Raw Mamra Almonds & 2Healthy & Tasty Premium Nuts and Berries Mix but no Order ID was generated and no product was delivered.A person named Jay Thakar with WhatsApp No [Protected]connected with my WhatsApp No and asked in writing to send the link of the website from where my order was placed.

All the related screen shots of the product, the content of the cart, the payment page options the transaction ID and the receiving Bank ID ([PROTECTED]@yesbank) was shared but the mentioned WhatsApp number remained switched off subsequently till date. Also the name of the cellphone owner has changed from Jay Thakar to Kajal right now. So it is undoubtedly a clear case of fraud initiated by the fraudsters which needs to be dealt severely and immediately and put behind the bars. Need my hard-earned money back without delay if at all the products are not delivered to my location.

I am having each and every record with me which can be provided for detecting the fraudsters. Also the receiving Bank Account must be blocked immediately and a thorough investigation must be initiated to identify the Account Holder instantly. As there is a record of the receiving Bank it will not be tough to reach out to the fraudsters. Referring the case to the Crime Branch for their investigation. This must not be tolerated as we have ventured to the path of Digital India gloriously and nothing can remain hidden for long. Fraudsters beware!...

On 01 Jan 2024 I ordered some dry fruits and online payment of Rs 1506/- was paid to Radhe Enterprise. It was happened during I was watching video on YouTube and advertisement by FOODILO was plying for online shopping of dry fruits. Till date there is no update on my order from the seller.Kindly help me in this regard and expose this kind of frauds. Thank you....

On 03 Nov2023, I ordered some Dry Fruits (2 kg Cashew & 1 kg Almond) through online to one Seller, Radhe Enterprise for which I made an online payment of Rs.534/- from my SBI Account through Paytm UPI transaction .Order Ref:[Protected].The same amount was debited from my SBI Account and the successful payment to the beneficiary was confirmed by Paytm also. At that stage, I did not have any Contact details of the seller from where the ordered goods will be supplied to me.

But, even after 4 days, there was no response from the seller, When contacted, Paytm advised me to contact my home branch- SBI and they helped me by providing the payment was credited to :
