On 03 Nov2023, I ordered some Dry Fruits (2 kg Cashew & 1 kg Almond) through online to one Seller, Radhe Enterprise for which I made an online payment of Rs.534/- from my SBI Account through Paytm UPI transaction .Order Ref:[Protected].The same amount was debited from my SBI Account and the successful payment to the beneficiary was confirmed by Paytm also. At that stage, I did not have any Contact details of the seller from where the ordered goods will be supplied to me.
But, even after 4 days, there was no response from the seller, When contacted, Paytm advised me to contact my home branch- SBI and they helped me by providing the payment was credited to :
Benefiary : Radhe Enterprise, having account at Yes Bank, IFC Branch,Mumbay -400013
