I applied for loan via Instagram app. I received a call from them the next day and they offered me 35lacs loan at 4%. After sending approval letter they charged processing fees, GST charges, TDS charges, Insurance charges, late fee,advance emi and in all this they have taken almost 5 lacs from me. I feel like a fool now, being educated and seeing so many ads I still feel for this. I have raised a cyber crime complaint as well. I have raised an FIR also against the people. Hope to get back my money. They are still calling me to pay more to complete the process. I can mention the names as well. And they will share all fake IDs.

Infact the money is transferred to a lady's account. I even doubt that they are actually in Mumbai or not. Unfortunately this scam is going on from so long and still no one has been arrested. I don't need any loan but I want my hard earned money back. When I asked them to refund the charges as I don't want the loan they asked me to pay refund charges which is 1% of the loan amount. They know very well that this is such a big scam that they will not be harmed easily that is why even when I told that I will raise complaint against you they did not bother.
