I made another account on my11circle with my number [Protected]and my user ID is Sri0296. For KYC I used my aadhar card image. But I had used it for my previous account as well but I didn't know it will affect me so badly.

The app showed error that my document is linked to another account. My KYC was rejected. The app doesn't allow me to revise my KYC document and hence I am not allowed to withdraw money.

My money Rs. 1254 is stuck there. I want assistance in completing my KYC or want refund of Rs. 1254. I have already reported this issue to their support mail that is [PROTECTED]@my11circle but I am getting no response.

I have been on this for last 2 days. This is high incompetence and my money is at risk because of this. Kindly look into this issue and help me resolve it....

I added money on my11circle app, I played and now I wanted to withdraw my winnings. For withdrawing process they need some kyc verification to be done. I submitted a valid aadhar document for kyc.

And it is now failed with an error massage this document linked with other user and it is not letting me to upload any other document. There is not support and call service for user.

I just want my money back. Please take some strict action on this app....

I added money on my11circle app and now i wanted to withdraw some amount. For withdrawing process they need some KYC verification to be done. I submitted a valid passport document for KYC.

And it is now failed with an error message this document is linked with other user. And it is not letting me to upload any other document. In case, if the document is linked to any other user example my other account then why did they not asked for KYC before i add money.

Why all these hidden rules for withdrawing money not for adding money? They must have verified the user for duplicate before user either creates an account or add money to it. I have attached a screenshot also.

This company seems to be just for looting people. There is no support and call service to user. I am not able to do anything to withdraw my own money back. Even i am not able to edit my personal details there.

Please take some strict action so that this app is banned and no more people will be robbed by them. I added my money yesterday by creating a new account on My11Circle app and they just had mobile number verified if that is not registered.

And no KYC at that time so that user will add money and will be a part of their hidden policy and they will not refund money mentioning kyc failed. There is no option to reach out their support they just have the app launched with no support and customer service provided to user.

Such app should be banned with a huge penalty to the owner of this app....
