I made another account on my11circle with my number [Protected]and my user ID is Sri0296. For KYC I used my aadhar card image. But I had used it for my previous account as well but I didn't know it will affect me so badly.
The app showed error that my document is linked to another account. My KYC was rejected. The app doesn't allow me to revise my KYC document and hence I am not allowed to withdraw money.
My money Rs. 1254 is stuck there. I want assistance in completing my KYC or want refund of Rs. 1254. I have already reported this issue to their support mail that is [PROTECTED]@my11circle but I am getting no response.
I have been on this for last 2 days. This is high incompetence and my money is at risk because of this. Kindly look into this issue and help me resolve it.
