After that I want to cancel it, later they called me you opted courses from learn n earn which is cost of rs 4999+gst it was like learning and earning kind of scheme they are trying to threatening me if you failed the about fore the specified time they will file a case against me in the consumer case in surat then you have to physically attend in the court of surat and also pay the charges like rs40000 to rs 50000.I asked for the details where and when i register for the course they refuse to tell they continuously calling and message in whatsapp me and threatening me to pay the money before the specified time. i don't even attended that class and i don't know about anything about that please help with me in this....

I am working as marketing assistant So I got the information about Learn n earn that they are best they don't request any money.have registered and opened the profile... After 7 days they start calling me and start torture me to send us payment of 7079, or they will raise legal notice against me in consumer commission they also said I have to come Surat Gujarat to court with my lawyer and after that I have to 40k to 50K to court I don't know what to do.. I am helpless plss I request you to take strict action against them , they also calling with different no The first who called me was Arjun Singh and second one was a girl. Sir actually I'm searching for job that is work from home and i got a msg in my what's app so they said me to send aadhar card selfie photo and digital signature and i have sended and after 1 week there are asking me to pay 7090rs .... If u will pay half amount 4000rs with in 10mins we will stop ur complaint and all or u have to come to Surat Court and there u have to pay 50k they are continuously calling me and harassment me so plz help me....

They where blackmailing with our I'd proof like aadhar card selfie photos they are telling we want to pay immediately or else they will file case in consumer court they are forcing more and blackmailing us to pay.
