I ordered some T-shirts through kwabey.com and cancelled them later since I changed my mind. The order got cancelled and I was not asked for any refund details and is showing it will be refunded to their wallet instead of my original payment....

I have not received my refund from sept 2021 yet even after so many months and so many complains. My order was taken back but my money was not refunded. 2 tshirt were returned because of the quality amounting Rs. 500 which is not received yet....

I order for 3 tshirt and 1top for 855rs, they deleted my order and haven't refunded yet, please file and complain against Bagish Malhotra (founder of kwabey) he is a thief wo hasn't refunded lacs of rs to his customers....

I purchase 4 t-shirts recently. Very very thin cloth, like inner-wear. 3rd quality print. In website looks like a rubber print but not rubber it’s just 50 Rs colour printed t-shirt. Very much disappointed.

They only refund in the wallet. Why do I buy from the same website if there are quality issues? I said in a call, I have a quality issue please refund my money they said, we can’t go again our policy.

I said I agree but you can’t provide me with a special good quality so please understand quality issue and refund but they are not ready. I am going to file a complaint in the consumer forum against #kwabey #kwabeyTshirt #kwabeyfashion

I am talking about a very particular apparel brand called Kwabey that has come up with their online sales and very aggressive marketing with very attractive offers but that's it there is no customer service with them. Here's my experience with them.

I had ordered a pack of four t-shirts costing ₹888/- in the month of September, it had been 15 days and still my order was not dispatched from their end. They responded upon inquiry that there's a delay the nature of which was not mentioned and.

I being supportive of a new company understood that there could be several reasons and waited. Now after another 15 days when I see my order is still not dispatched and upon inquiry there is no more response from their.

End I decided to cancel my order and in their policy a refund would be initiated within 7 days. It has been more than 7 days today and I have still not received any refund nor any response from their end as to why is there such delay in refund when the order was not dispatched in the first place....
