I took a loan in 2021 in KreditBee B app and I paid the entire loan amount in 2022 but it shows me in cibil that I have taken money from their money lenders like Incred but when I inform them they don't close the account.

Kreditbee people are calling my family members for the payments,while they are not calling me. Also i have not shared their numbers which violates my privacy. I have been repaying their loan slowly as i had multiple loans and however 80% of the loan is already been paid. They do not follow RBI guidelines as well. Disclosing my loan details to my friends and family. I have always attended their calls previously and usually its always harassment on calls. I believe that the aforementioned actions are in direct violation of the laws and regulations governing loan recovery practices.

As a borrower, I have the right to fair treatment and respect throughout the repayment process. I expect your company to adhere to these principles and rectify this situation promptly. received a threat of legal action in the form of a call to my parent from the company, which contained misleading and intimidating language. Such tactics create unnecessary fear and anxiety, which are unwarranted considering my willingness to cooperate and resolve this matter amicably.

I have been consistently receiving an excessive number of phone calls, messages, and emails from your company, demanding immediate repayment. Despite my attempts to explain my financial situation and negotiate a reasonable payment plan, your representatives have been unwilling to listen and have continued to harass me....

I missed my one emi due to my financial crisis,kreditbee team keep harassing me and told me they would visit my home,they keep harassing me and sending me unwanted sms again and again they made my life like hell,i did not purposely meant to missed my emi but due to my financial problem i missed it,please help me to get out of this trap....

I will pay a amount of kreditbee be for loan amount 2531 rupee and amount is debited from my account but payment is failed and kreditbee app are writ that any money will be debited from your account than will money will be credit in your account on 7 12 business day and money will be return to me but money is 1916 rupee only refund to me why rest of 615 rupee amount why not return to me....

I took a loan in September 2021 and after 6 months I cleared their due amount. But after some days they started calling me and started saying that I haven't paid their loan they started abusing me everyday that they will call my reference number given by me and they will send police in my home.

And they also said that they will send some people in my house to beat me. This is just too much. Why should I pay double money to them. I already paid my due amount. That's it. Every day abusing is not tolerated.

Yesterday they started messaging and calling to my friends and relatives and started abusing me. Then my relatives started calling me and started scolding me without knowing the reality and they told my mom and my mom started beating me.

Now I am totally in a depression and Don't know what to do. I cannot sleep at night. Headache started. I started taking sleeping pills now. Sometimes my mind says to take suicide.

My heart says no. Please help me to get rid out of it. Desperately waiting for your reply sir....

Even though I paid my loan the company have not close the loan details and it hugely impacted my Cibil, I was maintaining 800+ score which had declined to 600 due to this. even writing to them the company just asks me to wait more and more even I have to wait for their replies for long.

They don't have any no, for those whose loan has been disclosed and how long does it take to provide a NDC (No due certificate) when they accept their fault. Even after paying my depth before time I am not one to be blamed and being dragged without any crime done....

Maine kreditbee se loan liya tha jo ki COVID ki wajah se emi nhi chuka para hu COVID k baad kuch emi di bhi maine ab recovery wale non stop call ar sms kr rhe h ar mere phone ka sara data chori kr liya h contacts bhi.

Ab un sab number pe call kar kar k ulta sidha bolre mujhe kaam bhi nahi karne dere call kar kar k mujhe preshan kar dia maine dheere dheere jo pendency h khatam kr rha hu....

I clearly asked to clear my data and sms. Day on i received call frequently. I am trader perform my action on mobile. Calls are subjected to damage my trade on volatile expiry day.

It happens two week before when KREDITBEE call me on 3.15. I want funded to harassment and loss of my work and patience of entire day. And money loss was near two thousand.

Since it is near close time i have to shut my position since it cause disturb in between.
Waiting for justice....
