They even mentioned a refund option if the partnership didn't work out. However, the actual experience was far from these promises. The support was lacking, and the training provided was minimal, leaving me and my staff ill-prepared to handle the operations effectively.
Inadequate Support and Transparency:
Despite the initial claims of strong backend support, I encountered significant challenges. The leads provided for potential customers were incomplete and often far from my location, resulting in extensive travel and unrealistic expectations. Poor communication and unclear directions wasted valuable time and resources. The supposed "complete support" turned out to be non-existent when I needed it the most.
Unresponsive and Rude Representatives:
In my attempts to seek assistance from the company representative named Vikas, I was met with rudeness and uncooperativeness. His dismissive attitude compounded my difficulties, making it evident that the company's commitment to its franchisees was questionable at best.

To make matters worse, I discovered a hidden clause in the contract - a 10-month lock-in period that was never explicitly mentioned during the pitch. This clause severely restricted my ability to exit the partnership without incurring losses.

Klean basket company jo bhopal me h unhone mujhe call karke Frenchise ke bare me bataya 57000 me machine or kaam sikhana or uske baad per day kaam Dene ka bola (per day 2 se 3 lead) sab baat Hui or 57000 rs payment bhi hui ab jab unki taraf se lead milni ki bari h to ye log froud lead de rahe h call karne pe call nahi uthate.
Or baat karo to bus ye hi bol rahe h ki hum dekhte h ek mahina ho gaya h inke chakkar me paise leliye h or ab bus pagal bana rahe h froud kar rahe h ye logo ke sath mere paise fas gaye h mujhe action Lena h inke uper pls help me. Mere sath pichle ek mahine se ye log pagal bana rahe h, abhi jab maine inse bola ki mujhe meri payment wapas karo to koi fon nahi utha Raha na koi baat kar raha h....

Klean basket bhopal based company in MADYA PRADESH where it says they will give business to the person who takes there franchise or who becomes theirs partner by paying 57000 INR which is fake promises after paying them they do harassment with u in a such a way u feel like to leave their franchises in day one onward its scam and fraud company.Request to call me before investing....

Franchisee liya mene inka or inhone kha ki hum apko min 60 lead denge or ek employee ka salary denge per lead ke Nam per sirf customer ke area ka location send karte hain. Hum vha jate hai to inka coordinator kehta hai ki customer phone nhi utha rha.na mobile number dete hai customer ka na hi address dete hai or bat Karo to inka behaviour bhi rude hai. Koi business nhi kar paya me bas mera petrol kharch hua, time kharch hua or business hua 0.57000 rs fas gye mere inki bato me aakar....
