i have became a victim of fraud. i have asked to pay 35000/- for dealership of khatu shyam aayurveda company which is dealing in aayurvedic products.

They said i will be working on their behalf as a dealer of the company as a delivery partner by getting margin of 30% of the sale value. it is going to be more than a weekday now after making the payment but neither any mail or msg received nor any parcel receive to me. but i lost my money full Rs. 35000/- till now....

Sir maine aapki company se distributer ka kaam start karne ke liye 15000 rupaye laga diye our ab na to mujhe koi odear mila our na hi mera paisa refund kar rahe hai kya aapse nivedan hai ki Mera paisa mujhe refund kar dijiye nahi to mujhe police cash karna padega kyo ki 1 mahine se jyada ho gaya hai our nahi koi kaam mila our na hi mere paise bapis pleash contact [Protected]....

शिल्पा राठौर जी के द्वारा मुझसे बार-बार बात करके तीस हजार रुपए खाटूश्याम आयुर्वेद के प्रोडक्ट्स डिलीवरी की डीलरशिप के लिए कहकर अंकित जी द्वारा वीडियो काल से आफिस दिखाया गया तब मैंने पहले पांच हजार रुपए दिनांक 03/05/2023को जमा कराया गया एवं कहा गया कि प्रोडक्ट्स पैक कर दिया गया है प्रोडक्ट्स पहुंचने पर आपको डिलीवरी सिस्टम अपडेट हो जाएगा और आप उसी दिन से काम चालू कर सकते हैं । अलका मनीषा द्वारा फोन लगाकर मेरा पता कन्फर्म किया गया। प्रोडक्ट्स दिनांक 09/05/2023को ई काम एक्सप्रेस द्वारा डिलीवर करने पर शेष 25000 रूपए मैंने अपने भतीजे के माध्यम से डिपाजिट कराया गया । उसके बाद शिल्पा राठौर द्वारा कोई डिलीवरी सिस्टम अपडेट नहीं कराया गया है।br br बाद में किसी आनंद सर आडर डिपार्टमेंट का फोन नंबर दिया गया एवं कहा गया कि आप बात कर लीजिए जिसके बाद मैंने 10/05/2023,11/05/2023को की बार बात करने के लिए फोन लगाया किन्तु उनके द्वारा फोन रिसीव नहीं किया गया। आज दिनांक 11/05/2023को दोपहर लगभग1.35 बजे मेरे द्वारा शिल्पा राठौर जी के नंबर पर फोन लगाने पर आनंद सर जी द्वारा अनुचित अपमान जनक शब्दों में बात की गई। इसके बाद मेरे द्वारा watsapp के माध्यम से निवेदन किया गया किन्तु शिल्पा राठौर या आनंद जी द्वारा कोई जवाब नहीं दिया जा रहा है बल्कि इनके द्वारा कहा गया कि आपको जो बने हो कर लो, किन्तु मुझे कोई पचड़े में नहीं फंसना है। मेरे पास इनके द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए सभी दस्तावेज एवं चैट्स उपलब्ध हैं। इसलिए कृपया मेरी मदद करें और मेरी रकम 30000 रुपए वापस करने का कष्ट करें। आपका प्रोडक्ट्स पार्शल सुरक्षित है उसे वापस करने का काम करें। मुझे आपके कर्मचारियों से कोई भी उचित व्यवहार नहीं किया जा रहा है । इसलिए आपसे आग्रह है कि मेरे पैसे अतिशीघ्र वापस करें�...

Meine khatushyam company ki delearship li aur muze company 5000 bharne ko bole aur baad mein stock aaneke baad 20000 liye aur bole ki company ki order aapki kam hai aapko aur paise ya order aane pr ruko abhi tak meri order nahi aayi iss paise bharkar ab call nahi received karte.aur mere paise vapas bhi nahi de rahe hai ki aapne complaint kari to aapke paise vapas nahi milenge.ab mein mere paise nahi diye....

I am Rashmi ranjan mohanty from odisha,i deposited 13000 for khatushyam ayurveda.after some time I cancelled my dealership for my family problem. Mr.sanjay told me they will refund my money within 5/6months.but it's been more than 10month.

They didn't respond my calls and messages so please no one invest your hard earned money in this fraud company be careful every one. And I request Indian govt please take action such this type of fraud company....

Khatushyam ayurveda company totally fraud i am invest to the company 40000 rs the company only send me stock just 20000 rs only after finish the stock and company will not response and they not send me other stock the company was totally fraud i lost total 20000 rs and my margin and don't believe this company and employees totally are fraud.

The compney will not refund my invest rupess or not send me stock with margin....

He is appointed to me as a franchisee dated on 27/07/2021 and he is done 1st Consinment with Rs=80000/ , and he committed to me we will give 3 to 4 order every day within 25 km up and 25 km dn,after 4day they send one customer farze order to me and sad to me u have no particulars product who are order from customer so u hv to must agin bill first Rs=40000/ imideatly after that we send money again to company for particulars product after received the product i am trying to customer contect for Dilevery but they are not picking my phone because they are not genuine customer.

ONLY 30 ORDER PROVIDED BY COMPANY TILL DATE AGAINST 180×3=540 ,AND HE IS DOING PRESSURE FOR DELEVERY FOR 100KM UP AND 100KM DN HOW IT POSSIBLE. STILL MY MONY APROX 80000 ARE BLOCED
SO KINDLY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM ...

They have taken 10000 rupees for new business and they said They will provide Orders for distribution. Material has also sent to me is in less quantity what they have mentioned on whatsaap.

After receiving money from me they disappeared and not answering my calls and one of the executives blocked me. Not even a single order been shared with me to distribute.

Its been two month and till now not even a single rupee business been shared by this fraud Company. And before taking money from me their executive wrote on whatsaap that they gonna give me orders on daily basis.

Need my money back....

Khatu Shyam aur Veda product and sales private limited has taken 5000 initially to give Me dealership in Allahabad Uttar Pradesh to sell and deliver the product of health and wellness in the field like a courier partner.

I have given 5000 I didn't get any response and when I making any calls they are not picking neither return my deposited 5000 Rs. this is very fake and cheated company kindly help me to return my 5000 Rs. Please

Initially this shown me product through the video call and they said that you will get 700 rupees per product delivery I'll give you product in 3000 to the customer and you have to collect all amount and deduct 2300 and pay to company and you will save 700 rupees per delivery.

They committed me they will provide me at least five to ten delivery it means around five to ten thousand rupees per day I will earn everything made the commitment fake with me

Because something other and did something completely other so help me in this regard at least I can get return my amount because whatever amount I have deposited there I just want to take return back

Because I came to know this company is completely fake and fraud company and cheated the simple people by making a fraud call....
