When I was scrolling through Instagram , I found a page selling Crocs and other wearables for a much cheaper price and I opened their website and was surprised by the prices . Since the price of Crocs was way cheaper than the usual one , I ordered a pair of Crocs 3 week and paid INR ₹ 579 including the delivery charges which costed about INR ₹ 39 . But till now there is no clue of what is happening , where is my order , when will I get it . Now after comming to this website , I see many people complaining about this website . So I would like to request to take some strict action against these people of the company who likely seems to be scammers . Even I can provide their email I'd also . And it goes like - @the.footwear.co.

I wish from this no more people get scammed and lose their money for such thing . I hope someone could please look at this case and help me get my money which I had paid.

They are using Instagram for publicity, Take some serious actions on like this company's because how can survive poor people with like This fraud company....

This company runs on Instagram, and is totally fraud. It takes money but never delivers the order. I ordered 3clogs the order ID is 137 149 this company is totally fraud they take the money and then they do not put shipping charges on that.

And then after you pay the amount they will ask you for shipping charges even after you pay the shipping charges and the Order charges the the order will never get confirmed and you will never get your order.

So it's my request never ever order from this website this the address which they wrote of Nagpur is totally fake and my total amount is 1238 which I have paid already of which I have attached the screenshot along with this message please look into this matter and let me know about the same as soon as possible.

There is no contact number provided also the email address with their provided they never respond. Then ever respond on Instagram as well. I tried contacting them through Instagram and through their email.

But they never ever replied to your messages tho they are very active or Instagram stories that still uploading there products and making fool of other people....

I have placed order for 3 Clogs and the "ORDER ID 125236" (clogs-order-id.jpeg) also payment is done with Paytm (PAYTM NUMBER: [Protected]) and the receipt is attached in the attachment (clogs-payment.jpeg).

Also sent a mail to the same Email ID [PROTECTED]@infinitydeals.in. But no notification regarding order placed. Cannot track or Cannot contact them back. such a scam which we loosing our hard earned money like this.

Paid for the order of crocs but did not receive any acknowledgement from them, I tried to contact them but no response. Order #113740 this is my order id...

I placed an order for bayband black crocs from the website infinitydeals.in. With order number 110491. But i have not received any confirmation mail. I payed from phonepe after the money got deducted it shows me to pay extra 349 for delivery.

After paying this there is no confirmation mail received....
