Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to bring to your notice that Rs 25000 has been withdrawn fraudulently from my Indian Bank Account no [Protected]via ATM Card. It took place on 19th may, 2022 at around 11:55 am from Indian Bank ATM located in B Block, Indira Nagar, near Sai baba Mandir, Lucknow- 226016 which comes under the jurisdiction of Gazipur Thana, Indira Nagar, Lucknow.
Two people came inside the ATM booth when I was trying to take out money from the ATM via my ATM card ending with 6450. As I was having problem in my transaction, they forcibly offered me help and in the process exchanged my ATM card with a forged one.
They secretly saw my pin while I was entering it. I was unable to take out any amount of money from my card as now I was having a forged ATM card which was exchanged during the process.
As soon as I left the booth, I received the following sms on my mobile: "Rs.5000.00 withdrawn at ATM ID:2405EP04 , EPS_INDIRA NAGAR LUCKNOW on 19/05/22 12:07 from Ac:XXX766488. Bal:13733.71 CR. Always use INDIAN BANK ATM to avoid charges“
I instantly ran to the bank to update my passbook and check the transactions as I haven’t withdrawn even a penny and had no idea that the ATM Card I am having now is not mine.
There I found that 3 transactions were done by that person who tried to offer me help in the ATM which amounted 10,000, 10,000 & 5000. The Transaction id of it were 644412400, [Protected]& [Protected]respectively.
The Passbook read “ATM WDL SWQ NO 21391 SELF-EPS_INDIRA NAGAR”. Total of 25,000 was fraudulently taken out from my Account with no. being [Protected]via my ATM Card ending with 6450.
With the help of the bank, I instantly blocked my account for any further transactions. The Balance now is Rs. 13,733.71 which was Rs. 38,733.71 before the incident happened.
Therefore I request you to please look into the matter, try to catch the culprits by extracting footage from the CCTV camera, take necessary action against them and help me recover the amount for which I will be obliged.

Bank did not give me any information regarding my ATM, i am a new account holder in the India bank and I said them for welcome kit they do not provide me and I am a student of class 12.
And facing many problems in getting insta card from the bank, bank staff also misbehave with me and said to me for coming next day and continuously i am going bank for insta card from last 1 month but my problem is not resolved....

My name is Harishkumar B, I ordered a product in amazon on 24/12/2021 and i was canceled that product for my personal issues canceled date also same 24/12/2021 within one hour that was canceled by my self my amazon order id [Protected]
After several days i was contact Amazon customer care they are given (refund reference ID: [Protected]) but my bank side they not giving me proper response so please solve my problem, bank name is INDIAN BANK....

Amazon had cancelled one of my order but I didn't get the refund yet. When I tried to reach Amazon customer service they told me to contact my bank....

I have ordered a product from Amazon (Omtex Back Covered Tokyo Supporter) on [Protected]. I recieved this product on [Protected]. But later I have returned my product on [Protected].
Amazon initiated the refund amount on [Protected]and it was expected that the amount should reflect in my bank account within 02-05-2021.
Amazon gave me the refund reference id ([Protected]) but the Indian Bank has still not credited my money in my account. This problem is always happening with me. I think this bank was scams to all people like me. The refund money is never coming in my bank account.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible....

Bank is Theft My money on feb 16 for Rs 177 i have enquired in bank but no response and match 31 again bank has theft my money of Rs 464 so tatlly 645 rs has taken my amount plz take necessary action and i need my money back....

I am ask in Palamaner Indian bank in new account he is telling you not take in new account .. the is telling you all ready you take Sapthagiri Gramin Bank. . I am 5days waking in the bank Palamaner. So loss of time so request give me....
