I ordered Amazon gift card worth Rs. 791 from there app on 4-4-22 , money got deducted but I didn't received any Gift card for 1.5 months. I was trying to contact them but none of them were responding my emails and reverting back.

My bill was generated for the and they have included Rs.791 bill as well. I tried to contact them but no one was responding. I received my voucher after the bill generation so it is clear that the problem is from there side and its technical glitch not my fault.

Now they have charged Rs.420 for the Rs.2000 bill amount. I request you to please waive off this charges as the entire fault is from there end.

I am also attaching the screenshots of the app which is not showing any transactions details as well. Because the voucher details is being shown inside the statement only and its not sent via sms or email....

Galaxy card is a fake lone provided company. It is fraudsters company who blackmail people by calling and messages. This company blackmailed me by sending fake messages in my all contact list.
