I had ordered some stuffs from this Instagram page with online payment. It's been 15 days they are not giving any response or not replying my message. There are not any other contact details. They are just using this page to fraud the customers.....

I order a coat from instagram (fashion_she_loves_001) from this page i order in very cheap price i paid them but till now they didn't even send me anything .and not refunding my money back also and now they are not responding us....

I ordered a top costing 550 from a fashion store in Instagram named "fashion_she_loves_001" on September 24, 2022, at 5.29 p.m. They delivered me a useless shawl at October 1 , I asked for clarification and they gave me an expired Google response form , the phone number, order ID all are wrong , they don't give any reply..please take an action against this frauds....

I ordered a T-shirt of Rs.800 but they have delivered a saree which would cost Rs.50 and when I tried to contact them they told send a dispatching vedio of the parcel but they haven't even seen the message and then from another account I meassaged them that I need to order they are responding ...that damn scammers.

Then to alert others I tried to comment but comment session was blocked and why I was fooled is that cod was available and even they told return policy also available .I was blinded by that and when the parcel came I had a doubt coz the parcel was to small nd was shocked when I opened it and immediately messaged them.

The cloth I got cannot even be used or given to anyone it was such a low quality cloth .These scammers spoiled my day.While asking the price they were asking like are you going to order and pestered me to order and they would return the money if not satisfied or else they would exchange if any size problems and I was totally fooled by that .

My money is gone to that scammers.I could only contact the delivery boy but he has just delivered the parcel,what can I ask him..my worst day....

There is account in Instagram called 'fashion_she_loves_loves_001'. After I paid the amount of 540/- they are not replying at all. I've texted many times. But they just keep it as seen and.don't reply. 540 may not seem as a big amount but think if many such as me pay 540, how much they are earning. Fking report this account now. ...
