I have ordered a basket from this banglore based website and it paid the bill prepaid and it is not arrived and receiving any call...

Fab Touch Industries Private Limited this company. Takes money and never gives their order to the person who orders. I ordered one of the dresses that the sewech engine appeared to show me on the first Google page.

I even received my order numbers but after 15 days of order now I am not able to contact the site, in fact I get login errors to the website. They never acknowledge my mails. I have mailed them 5 to 6 times, without any response.

And yes the number which is given on website is completely fake/fraud, neither it is on whatsapp the way they claim, not it can be reachable by any phone. They charged me so many rupees for orders.

And now i have no access to my own account on this site. No response and no one is there to help me. As a consumer, we are very hardworking people, and these fraudulent companies with malafide intentions to defraud and deceit the consumers make us loose our faith in Online websites.

Such a shame, such a failure of Cyberspace and cybersecurity in India. I really need resolution to my complaints please. I am a law student myself and these kind of frauds are actionable....

They are a total fraud. No update of my order. I had already made the payment but it seems now that i have been cheated. Nobody pick up the call. customer care or office numbers are all fake.

This is totally unacceptable. Please consider this complaint asap....

I order a few items from this website, payment was done but order not delivered even after 2 weeks. When called no response from them. When I mailed just got a reply stating that they will look into the issue and get back.

But no reply even after 3 days. No tracking id or anything. Totally fraud. Am going to complain in Consumer court. I placed the order on Dec 3rd and today is Dec 17th. The whatsapp number mentioned is also 123456789.

Please don't buy from this website. Proper action need to be taken on them....

Dont buy by this application its totly fake nd give wrong material nd there is no return option,, so be aware nd report this application otherwise they will make us fool... DONT BUY.....
