I cleared my loan in the year 2022 still account is not closed and on cibil score check app it shows 5000 amount pending...

I don't have any loans i just Seaching for loans and they dont a prove my loan still they are Debute 570 rupees every 10 days so can you guys please help me out....

From last 2 days I have received many of for login into my account from someone fraud and I don't know how today on 27th jan 2022 he login in my account without sharing any otp by me and activate my one freedom card which I don't want to never use but there is 100 daily call from dhani to activate it and I deny all of them but today I m facing fraud transaction from my account please look out in this I m trying to call. Your customer care number but it's not working I got 4 fraud transaction.

1. 707 something for card activate
2.1000 for mobile recharge
3.1000 for mobile recharge
4.1000 for mobile recharge
5.199 also done when I m writing

Hello sir recently 2 members from dhani group came to me asking for payment of loan taken by me and my sister from dhani app in the month of January. Interestingly I as well as my sister haven't taken any loan from dhani app.

When I checked the details it has my pan and adhaar number but mobile and email ID was incorrect. Now I'm very tensed kindly help me out....

Dhani loans has misused my PAN card to issue a credit card/loan to someone under my name. Have been following up with them for more than a week yet no resolution has been provided.

I have never approached dhani loans for any credit card or loans this is a clear case of misconduct and misuse of information on their side KYC norms that they did not follow due to which i am getting a hit on my credit score as the person to whom the loan was issued is defaulting on the payment.

I have attached a snapshot of the same. I have also raised a query with dhani loans but they have cheated and as a consumer i want to teach them a lesson that such identity thefts cannot be taken lightly....

Dani app is a fraud company with a trapping scheme and offers. company is forced to purchase the unauthorised card and loan. Although I don't want to activate the scheme and offer but the customer care call again again to purchase/activating.

They are ridiculously calling again and again 5-7 tomes in the day. Many time i told there executives that i am not interested in the offer. They had make me mentally depressed....
