Hi,
Dhani loans has misused my PAN card to issue a credit card/loan to someone under my name. Have been following up with them for more than a week yet no resolution has been provided.
I have never approached dhani loans for any credit card or loans this is a clear case of misconduct and misuse of information on their side KYC norms that they did not follow due to which i am getting a hit on my credit score as the person to whom the loan was issued is defaulting on the payment.
I have attached a snapshot of the same. I have also raised a query with dhani loans but they have cheated and as a consumer i want to teach them a lesson that such identity thefts cannot be taken lightly.
