Mujhe 21/02/2022 ko call aaya tha Kevin technologies ke naam se aur unohone kaha tha ki ip change nahi hona chaiye, Maine work start Kiya aur within 2 days me maine 200 forms fill up kiye.
And 3rd day datatypebiz.com pe login karte hi mujhe server crash ka message ayay taki maine koi different wifi ka use nahi Kiya phir bhi aur jab maine unke customer care ko call kiya to unohone kaha ki aapne different ip ka use Kiya hai.
Isiliye humara server crash hua hai jabki maine nahi kiya aur on same day unhone mujhe notice mail kar diya aur mujhe abhi legal notice bheja hai by post please jaldi action lijiye ispe ye log hum jaise logo ke sath fraud kar rahe hai.
Please take action against him....

Mujhe 4th March 2022 ko Pooja Sharma ke nam see call aaya tha form filling work ke liye Kevin technologies se uske Maine register karwaya phir usne kaha verification call aayega.
Uske bad verification call aaya Sneha nam tha jisme condition thi ki apko work karne ke liye same ip address aur PC use karna & yes Maine same ip address me use Kiya but 8 march ko form fill karte time automatic logout ho Gaya.
Than Maine phir see login Kiya kuch time bad phir see logout ho Gaya phir login Kiya work karte tym account bann ho Gaya customer care call Kiya to number unavailable tha than Pooja ko call Kiya to unia number bhi unavailable what's app message par Koo reply nai aaya.
Than aaj Rajiv Kumar ke nam see call aaya aur usne Kaha ki apka account ban Kar Diya & told me that I have used multiple ip address to login & now they are asking to pay to the penalty charges & account activation charges otherwise they will file case against me & I have to pay 100000/-.
Now they have mailed me the legal notice kindly do needful as soon as possible
Please take the immediate action on the company otherwise they will do this type of fraud with everyone & threat the innocent job seeker who work to full fill there basic needs....

I joined 3 days back in this company for the data entry job(800 forms in 8 days) without any registration cost. Then after completing almost 230 forms, my ID is banned today and now they are asking for 7.5k for reactivation and also mentioned that they will send legal notices like things. What should I do? Ignore? Or any necessary action?...

I got a message on whatsapp that there is part time/ full time. Job available and I have to do the form filling work for each form I will get rs 40 and I have to fill total 700 forms in 7 days and I will get amount for the right form.
No interview was taken and no amount was taken I have submitted my id proof and passport photo after that I typed my name on sign column that I agree to do the work and them I got a phone call from the company named g tech to confirm that when I will start my work i said from 13 Feb 2020.
I started my work from 13 Feb 2022 I worked properly then suddenly on 16 Feb 2022 I got a message on whatsapp that my account is banned and for sorting this problem I got a call he said I have done more login than logout so my account is banned and to sort the problem he send me mail on which it is written that I have 2 choices rather I can start activation process or termination process.
For termination process I have to pay 11000rs something amount and for activation 9813 rs 6000 for activation and 3813 for legal and this amount will be refunded if I complete my work on time.
And if I don't choose any of it company will take legal action and I have to go to court and I have to pay 1,00,000 rs there. So I choose the activation process he said that I have to pay money till 5 pm on 16 Feb I agreed to it.
And paid him the amount. After paying that he said I have to pay gst of rs 2747 also and if I will not pay than amount will not be refunded and activation will not start and there will be legal action against me and I have pay It anyhow....

Same ye saari cheez mere sath bi hue hai aaj. Invesnsis database Puri tarah se logo ko mentally harassment karke dhamki deke logo se paise lootne ka jariya banaya hai is kaam ko.
Please sir take strict action against this company which is located in gujarat. Ye company work from home and free work ke naam se Logo se paise kamane ka tarika hai.
Aur mujhe aisi bhi dhamki aayi hai ki tumare upar case kia and 48 hour me apke ghar par court ke hamare log aake 3 lacs rupees lenge Aisa totally dhamki dia hai aur unki agar call recording karte hai to wo nahi hoti sirf hamari hi awaj us recording me aati hai unki nahi aati. It's totally fraud....

Main ek student hu. Family ka haath batane ke liye maine work from home jobs search ki thi. 21/1/2022 ko muje whatsapp par invensis database company ki taraf se message aaya tha Data entry jobs ke liye.
5 days ka kaam tha jisme 500 forms honge jo muje 85% correct accuracy me complete karna tha jiske liye vo muje 25000 Rs. pay karenge online 6th day par. Unhone mera kuch bhi interview ni lia.
Unhone bs itna pucha ki mere paas koi laptop ya computer hai. Toh mne kha laptop h. Fir uske baad unhone mujhse documents maange jaise ki Id proof, Signature aur Passport size photo jo maine unhe send kar diye.
Uske baad unhone mujse pucha ki mai kaam kabse start karna chahti hu toh maine kaha 24/1/2022 se karna h. Uske baad unhone muje kaha ki ek confirmation call aayega aapko verification ke liye.
Terms and conditions ye bataye ki computer ka Ip address or network change ni hona chahiya h aur jitni baar bhi kaam band karoge log out karna h aur fir dobara jb work start karna hoga toh login karna hoga aur agar aisa ni hota h toh woh kuch penalty lenge 7000 ki.
Muje ek mail bheja usme id password diya aur agreement diya tha. Maine 24/1/2022 aur 25/1/2022 ko work kia lekin jb mene 26/1/2022 ko login kia tb mera account ban kar diya h ye message dikha ra hai.
Us message me yeh likha tha ki Our server has detected use of double internet protocol address/ multiple login/ Double system in your project. For further details you will receive a call within next 48 hours. Your typed forms are secured so don't need to worry. You'll get extra time of 2 days to complete this project.
Toh maine socha ki chlo ek din wait kar leti hu. Toh mere paas 27/1/2022 ko ek call aati h voh muje kehti h ki aapne multiple times login kia h jbki aisa kuch nhi tha. voh kehte hai ki maine ek baar login karne ke baad dobara login karne ka try kia aur uske baad kaam karne ke baad meri Id properly logout bhi nhi hui toh mera account band kar dia gya h.
Jis number se muje call ayi vo kisi sneha patel ke naam se tha, vo muje kehti h ki humne aapko aaj ek mail send ki h but mere pass inki koi bhi mail ni aayi hai. Uske baad vo madam kehti h ki jo bhi aapki mail me tha vo m whatsapp par screenshot karke bhejti hu tabhi tumhe pta chalega ki tumhari galti kya h.
Aur vo ek mail send kar rahe h apne legal department ki taraf se jisme bhari nuksaan hone ki wajah btayi hui h aur uske liye charges vo bhi 12000 Rs. Aur uss mail mai yeh likha h ki agar mai charges pay ni karti toh Section 75 ke tehat mujh par legal action lenge.
Aur unhone contract ki baat ki h. jisme unhone kha ki aapke saare documents h with signature jab ki mere signatures hi nhi h vo. Mail dekhne ke baad maine usi number par Sneha Patel ko call kia toh unhone mujhe pucha ki aap solution karna chahte ho ya ni.
Maine jab charges pay karne se mna kia toh unhone kha ki aapne agreement sign kia h jisme aapke documents bhi h aur signature bhi. Uske baad unhone whatsapp par Legal Action Notice send kiya advocate ke naam se.
Aur yeh bhi likha ki F.I.R ki copy send kar rahe h aapke against. Please SIR is baat pr strict action le varna aise toh na jane kitne log honge jinko yeh work from home and no investment ke naam par unke saath fraud bhi karte honge....

Mujhe ek or mail aata h jisme unhone apne company ke bhari nuksan hone ki wajha btayi jiske liye charges btaye.
Aur agar main unke charges pay nhi karti hu toh sec 75 tahat mujh par legal action lenge. Unhone ek contact ki baat ki hai jo maine dekha hi nhi h abhi tak or na maine signature diya hai.
