I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. Without my concern how did they deducted the money from my account. I have no dues with them and Clear all the EMI long time back.

It is to be noted that I have no EMI Card and I have never applied for any EMI card and even if it is issued I have never received it till now. So, I need my money be refunded....

I've noticed there was an auto debit of 117INR from my debit account on account of CMP Bajaj Finance even though I have not got any outstanding dues/loans. I'd applied for closure of the account long back....

Two years back completed our emi.why yesterday noticed a debit for 117/- as CMP mandate...what is the procedure to get the amount back???how to stop further debit in future??...

Mr. Priyam Jha from Bajaj Finance called on WhatsApp n message on WhatsApp and said that your Loan of Rs. 300000 has been approved and will be getting credited to your bank within 1 hour. I am refused to take loan so he said me that we will give loan to other person on your documents and emi will be deducted from your bank. Request you to look into the matter....

This company is very ill mannered. I have purchased cooler and phone on bajaj card. Every 2 of month they deducted money. They show me in my id that you have submitted emi then today they show that emi overdue and they deducted extra money....

Naveen bajaj agent has been cheating by telling that if you pay 799 rupees means u will get double of your credit card limit. But i did not get any double of my limit. Please ask bajaj finance to take action....

I am harpreet singh anand lives in New Delhi mansarover garden Delhi 110015 i am writing this complaint against bajaj finance and rakesh electronic who has financed a loan and given led to a client using my card number and pan card number.

And that fraud has not deposited a single emi due to which bajaj executive calling us to pay the debts why we have to bear that we have complaint at bajaj also and registered a fir also.

But no action taken till now due to that my cibil score is getting poor and recovery agent coming to my place to recover the amount my image is getting down to this please help us to come out from this.

And give us relief by closing this loan and remove my name out from this i am providing you the loan number also i.e 4010CDFV770189....

Even though I registered myself with the right loan I was not able to repay the loan on time as it turned out to be wrong. This causes problems in my family as I am always penalized....
