I choose Asian Paint Royal Shine emulsion for my interior wall painting. Then mistri apply it on my wall according it's right process. After Applying the fast cote of colour I notice that when I rub my hand on the wall, the paint actually comes off my hand. Then I waited for 14 days. But Still notice that the same thing happening(Even those walls that got 2 coats of paint) .This problem appears in five colors (24 liters). I rub the paper on the walls, the paper looks colored. Then I complained at Asian Paint toll free number and also inform my dealer .Then I told asian paints representative everything .They finally came after 10 days after my dealer told them a lot . After he( asian paints visitor, name: Sudip sabyet ) came to our house he was misbehaving with us.But when I started video recording he behaved a little better .But in my video recording there is proof that he did this misbehavior for us for a while.

Then he went upstairs and rubbed a color on paper and saw that the color really came out (Even that wall got 2 coats of paint).Then he started babbling and saying that sometimes it was the mason's fault and sometimes it was the dealer's fault. Then after a long discussion he realised that these people had done no wrong and were reasonable people.The masons kept their water ratio right and worked, right. But still for some time he kept saying there was a mistake in the mistry application. Then he realised that they couldn't be fooled so he started blaming the dealer.He even said how many people rubbed these colors or saw them rubbed. Then we asked him to take a sample of this color so that he could give it to the chemical engineer. Only then will it be proved that it is the mason's fault, or the dealer's fault, or their colour. Then he didn't accept it and went on to blame the dealer or say maybe it could be. He didn't do anything and fearing that I was videoing, he just took some pictures of the wall and left. Yes, he definitely took the picture of the shop bill.

I have video recording of it for some time and audio recording for some time. Then after 2 days I told everything to Asian Paint helpline number and inform every misbehaviour that the Asian Paint visitor did with us. And then they told me that they told this matter with their senior and the visitor's senior Mr Subhankar Paul will call at 4 Pm on 01/09/2023. And also they told me that the higher authority will call at your number and help me but they do not mention their calling time. But no calls came from their authority or from their visitor's senior. But in evening the visitor called me and he was talking loudly and threatening me.The visitors said me that no compensation Will charged against this colour. I complaint about the threatening of the visitor at Asian Paint helpline number. They told me an email ID and told me to inform the inform that in that email and with the audio evidence. And also said to see matter next day at 11 o'clock. My name is Debadyuti Ray. But in which name the complaint is registered is Biswajit Ray. Because the shopkeeper billed with his name. My complain number is : 0[Protected].

Anyway after that I can't sit idly by even after all these threats. I will complain this case in consumer forum and even take it up to court . I will see the end of the matter. I shall charged 10000 rupees as a compensation against company. And I will file a case against the company for warranty fraud & False advertising of long lasting promises. I will file a case for mistreatment and defamation .I would like to inform the Government especially the Ministry of Corporate Affairs that such a company should never be given a license. I know the government will listen to me and consider whether I am right or wrong. If the company doesn't stand by me, I know that the government will at least stand by me....

Hello sir
I started new business, Asian Paints TSO visited my Shop and took all documents required for dealership. They registered me as Dealer with dealer code 356588 with name A2Z Trading Co.

They provided me Their Colour World Machine and all that a dealer needs. I completed all formalities they said me to do. And now when i m placing order to Asian paints they are not delivering me order.

They cheated me and provided me around 7 lac rupees order through another dealer and when I came to know Asian Paint Company has no Sub Dealer Concept i told them to deliver order through my own dealer code.

They are not delivering me the order, Sir Company Employees were bribed by another dealer and that is why they are not now not delivering me order. I complained on Asian Paints toll free number and also through Twitter.

They registered my Complaint and not solving from last 3 months. Sir i m suffering a lot please help me if you can. I am facing a lot of problems. I am helpless please look into the issue if you can help me or provide me details where to get help, show me the way....

Incident Place : Veppampattu , Thiruvallur disct. Ch: 602024
For our New house constructed on the above location, we have painted Asian Apex ultima for exterior wall , also before that we followed all the painting procedures such like : White Cement , Primer , Smart care Damp proof for the all the exterior walls.

Issue : Within 6 to 8 months after painting with Asian paint , the wall color got faded. Official compliant was raised to Asian Paint on 28th June 2021 and on 1st July 21. On 5th July one of the Asian paints Sales Manager (Mr. Vinoth) visited the location and agreed the issue and provided the suggestion for Replacement so he asked us to check with the (Mr. Ashwanth) who is taking care of the product purchase area. On July 8th their Technical person evaluated the issue and the suggestion provided by them was very disappointed. The provided technical reason for the issue is not valid or acceptable. ...

Sir,i am Subhasree Pal(Subhasree Kundu Pal)informing you that,i have painted my house last December (started 26th of dec and completed the work on last of January).we shifted our new flat on 12th of this month.unfortunately with in this few days of staying in this flat the colour of this flat's wall is pealing here and there.

Our colour has done by a person named as upendra rajak(Mb no of upendra rajak [Protected]).he always told us that he have the licence of asian paints.we coloured our house by his concern by asian paints royal aspira version.

The most expensive one.but the primer coating was done 4 months ago by that same person.and the same person told us that we can colour our wall after 3 to months of primar wash of the walls.now the same person is not at all helping us in this issue.thats why we called castomer care.

But asian paints customer care dont even helped us as because they are avoiding us telling that we have painted this house with out using the primer and we have delayed to colour the walls after using of primer.but sir if any one guide us wrongly then what is our fault?sir we have spent near about 50000 rs for colouring the house.

Sir seeing the pealing of colour from walls we are just feeling helpless and very much depressed.sir any one not just helping us.sir you only do some thing for us.sir plz do some thing for us.sir the money we have spent was managed after a long effort in our job.plz help us .plz. ...
