Incident Place : Veppampattu , Thiruvallur disct. Ch: 602024
For our New house constructed on the above location, we have painted Asian Apex ultima for exterior wall , also before that we followed all the painting procedures such like : White Cement , Primer , Smart care Damp proof for the all the exterior walls.
Issue : Within 6 to 8 months after painting with Asian paint , the wall color got faded. Official compliant was raised to Asian Paint on 28th June 2021 and on 1st July 21. On 5th July one of the Asian paints Sales Manager (Mr. Vinoth) visited the location and agreed the issue and provided the suggestion for Replacement so he asked us to check with the (Mr. Ashwanth) who is taking care of the product purchase area. On July 8th their Technical person evaluated the issue and the suggestion provided by them was very disappointed. The provided technical reason for the issue is not valid or acceptable.
