It Took a order to reach me 58 days when the given estimated time for delivery was 20 days and that too reached after multiple messages which they respond according to their convenience while they already take all the money in advance as they took 4900/- in advance . Plus they didn’t provide the finished product according to the original prototype , they delivered different product which doesn’t have any similarities with the discussed deliverable ans now they are not responding .This is one of their reachable no.s +[Protected].

They May be Fooling people and are middle men between someone else mastery hence taking days to deliver and take orders by promising in time but their originality is realised only when they don’t give replies for days . I have tried threatening them with Law bodies and taking strict action but they know nobody will go i the court for such a small amount plus they mostly waste others time , even the dolls delivered are not up to the mark.

Please take a serious action by making them close their business and not allowing us them to do business . The final day they asked to process the design and printing process was 25th June . And See how they ask money all in advance like they are ready with the deliverable but actually they are the middle men. On 25th June Hi sir your 3d design is ready to process, may I process is further for print and paint.And took all the money before processing itself now almost two months....

They took order and even payment was done , they said like it will be taken 10 days for delivery but it been 15 days and they not even replying or answer that call. ..they take people money and make fraud....

Took online order March 2022 for Statue. paid advance Rs.12500. After 4 months not responding to calls or messages. I was promised it will be ready in 2 months. Whenever I try calling it gets cut.

They are not replying to my messages. order taken by Gupta and Pratchi, who appeared on video call to show their factory....

Description of Complaint: I had ordered on 23 April, 2022 order number A820,
Advance payment was done [Protected]for 1350 on the April 23 2022. The response I used to receive was just 'ok' yes' fine; but , post May 10 I stopped getting response from +[Protected], then I was contacted by [Protected]on 16 May, 2022, they asked me to pay amount to @[Protected]. I was not sure and felt little doubtful and told the person that I will make the payment on the earlier number only. So complete payment was done on [Protected]of Rs. 2700, The person contacted me was Prachi, she confirmed its going for printing from [Protected]. For last one week no response is coming and I am sure they are cheaters and fraud people.

I need my refund of 2700/- they are cheating people like anything as I can see so many complaints against them. I made a mistake of not checking this site.

Desirable Solution: Either they give my completed order in the perfect manner as committed or they refund my complete money of 2700 rupees.

Please please help on this matter by refunding the complete money or provide the completed product as soon as possible in the way they have committed and they shouldn't use/ reuse the image I had shared with them for the 3D miniature for any purposes as it is something made by me and I am the owner of it or even the 3D miniature at public areas or social media....
