Description of Complaint: I had ordered on 23 April, 2022 order number A820,
Advance payment was done [Protected]for 1350 on the April 23 2022. The response I used to receive was just 'ok' yes' fine; but , post May 10 I stopped getting response from +[Protected], then I was contacted by [Protected]on 16 May, 2022, they asked me to pay amount to @[Protected]. I was not sure and felt little doubtful and told the person that I will make the payment on the earlier number only. So complete payment was done on [Protected]of Rs. 2700, The person contacted me was Prachi, she confirmed its going for printing from [Protected]. For last one week no response is coming and I am sure they are cheaters and fraud people.

I need my refund of 2700/- they are cheating people like anything as I can see so many complaints against them. I made a mistake of not checking this site.

Desirable Solution: Either they give my completed order in the perfect manner as committed or they refund my complete money of 2700 rupees.

Please please help on this matter by refunding the complete money or provide the completed product as soon as possible in the way they have committed and they shouldn't use/ reuse the image I had shared with them for the 3D miniature for any purposes as it is something made by me and I am the owner of it or even the 3D miniature at public areas or social media.
