I regularly order from burger king, but i never noticed about the extra charges i encountered this time. I ordered food to eat from burger king yesterday via Swiggy. In the bill they charged Rs 33 as packaging charges, Which according to law is not right. They can't charge packaging charges from customer above MRP.

All these charges are in the MRP as we all know. Think how many people order from burger king via any online food ordering app and how much the restaurant loot people by imposing packaging charges in a day or in a month or in a year.

Lacs of people's hard work money is looted. The bill amount is 251 as attached. These restaurants need a lesson after that they will not impose these type of charges to the customers.

I want compensation amount from Burger King strictly as per law. These restaurants are looting people regularly on every order. They need a good lesson. Please make sure that other big restaurants also not charge these unnecessary amount from customers.
