Its very difficult to deal with an angry and aggitated manager. This is always an issue with her every day as i continue on with my work environment, she is very rude, she rushes me through orders and to mention i just started 4 months ago and was not familiar with the tasks, such as menu, register and other work abilities. She has yelled and rushed me through orders and complains about how fast of the speed i am to please her with while one task she asks me to hurry up with such as drive thru orders, bagging, and controlling register all at the same time.

This has happened a few times while i was trying my best to take an order from a customer, and she tells me to hurry and move faster!! While trying to bag for a customer as well. i dont know if this is normal for work related issues, but this is continuing on to multiple issues i had to deal with her yelling at me infront of customers. I find that the issues she has brought to the work environment are very toxic matters and i really dont appreciate this at all. She seems upset everyday as if its a problem to her. But its making me feel uncomfortable and others as well.

I feel she needs help maybe problems she is dealing with at home but not a good idea to choose to bring to the work, even though she does complain to other employees about her personal issues at home.what should i do? I dont want to lose my job just because she is upset about something she is dealing with and chooses to take it out on me or others, maybe take time to call off whether she is unhappy but i honestly feel she is unhappy and taking it out on her employees, its unfair.
