I booked a movie (83) through BMS (BookMyShow) app for 24th Dec 21 7:45 pm show at Asian m cube mall along with food & Beverages and paid ₹709 with booking id B6CDN6E.
It was humiliating to to have refused the food n beverage inspire of making payment well in advance along with the movie ticket. At the theater the food was refused because they don’t have any confirmation or money received from BMS for F&B.
I raised a complain on the same day with the customer service of BMS with reference id 1197613. Even after several follow ups with the customer care I fail to get proper update about the complain stays.
Still I have not received the refund and the compensation for damages it has done to me. I was humiliated and made to run from 1 counter to other and missed the most part of the movie. Please do the needful to resolve. Thanks
