Cancellation/ Modification of movie tickets

I booked 5 tickets for Ponniyin Selvam on 03.10.22 around 6:30 pm . Erroneously I booked the ticket for 03.10.22 ,7:30 pm show at Inox Megaplex, Malad instead of 05.10.22. It was purely an error on my part.
I requested for modification/ cancellation which was not allowed. I lost Rs1600 .
Request you to help me out.
